For the last four years, we’ve been coming to Hutchinson for state basketball or volleyball and I’ve always rented a property to stay at. I wish I would’ve known about this one when we first started. Hands-down the best VRBO we’ve ever used. Every detail has been thought of super clean, nice and new. Tons of room. Host was great at communicating with us throughout our staying.

We had a wonderful stay at this property over Thanksgiving holiday while in town visiting family. The property was immaculately clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The layout is spacious and convenient. The manager/owner was very helpful and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Our family came in town for a graduation and couldn't of been more pleased with the property (very spacious). Great location with stores all around. Will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Convenient and Clean

Very well maintained and clean property. We have stayed here multiple times when in town visiting family and will continue to in the future. Park close by is perfect for the kiddos.

Fantastic place to stay in great location

Really nice to have this wonderful property available. Stayed there with family and extended family with other duplex also rented to extended family. Close proximity to park. One of the cleanest rentals I have ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Family visit

We came to Hutchinson for a family get together meeting up from 3 different states. We needed a place big enough for out family of 4 plus 2 more coming in from California. The house is in a great location, very quiet and close to where we needed to be. Very well maintained and clean property. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was so nice! It was spacious, clean and practically brand new. It had every amenity that we needed and every detail was perfect! I would highly recommend and the property owner was very accommodating! Will definitely stay here again if we are in Hutchinson again.

Great home away from home in Hutch!

We rented this property for a weekend stay for a friend’s wedding. The property was fantastic and the property managers were very accommodating. The duplex had everything we needed with high end finishes, appliances and smart home features! We would definitely rent this again!

Family Visit

Everything at the property was exactly as pictured. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The house is very well-kept and clean. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. The kitchen was fully stocked. We were lucky enough to enjoy the back patio area during our visit, which is very private and peaceful. This is as the perfect “home base” for our family while we visited other family members who have down-sized and no longer have room to host our family of 5. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

Kansas Volleyball Tournament

We stayed here for my daughter's volleyball tournament. The place was amazing!! Super clean, great decor, lots of room. I can't say enough good things about it. Easy to contact the host(I had a quick question about something). We stay in a lot of VRBO's and this one was just amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Softball weekend

This house was perfect for relaxing and cooling off between softball games. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and was very close to a grocery store for meals and snacks. Lots of space for everyone and the teens loved having the basement to themselves. Better than a hotel any day!
