The HomePlace: Une maison en brique à la campagne, mais sur l'autoroute!

Brick Ranch Home dans un cadre campagnard reposant; chambres fraîchement rénovées à l'étage principal, salle de bains et salon. Entrée sans clé pour un enregistrement sans tracas. Idéal pour les séjours de travail prolongés ou juste un week-end. Beau salon a canapé confortable & causeuse, et cheminée électrique confortable. Nous n'avons pas de télévision dans la maison, mais une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite est disponible. Deux chambres et une salle de bain au sous-sol et deux salles de bain à l'étage principal. Également à l'étage principal, salle à manger et cuisine avec réfrigérateur, cuisinière, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, cafetière et buanderie.

Wonderful Stay!

We were welcomed with a loaf of freshly baked homemade bread and jam! The house was immaculate and stocked with all the essentials and then some! If we are in the area again we will DEFINITELY be back!

Beautiful place

We went from WI to Kansas for our nephew's wedding. We stayed there with my sister and her family from PA. It was a wonderful place to reconnect. The place was clean and well supplied. The hosts were easy to work with. Great place!

Kansas Trip

Very clean and all the right amenities needed for a very pleasant stay. we were blessed to find it as it was very close to where we were at during each day of our stay. Very quiet and very little traffic on the frontage road. Plenty of rooms, nice kitchen and all around very nice .

Favorite family Getaway

Our family stayed at this house for a second time and loved it again! It is so comfortable and we are always able to relax. Everything is clean and easy to find. The outdoor space was enjoyed very much by our children. Hope to come again!

We stayed at this fine property for 3 nights to attend the funeral of our mom and grandmother. The hosts were most accommodating and the communication and property were top shelf. A very nice property that we would stay in again. Thank you very much

One of the best places I've stayed. Very clean. Great amenities

This was a wonderful place to stay. Spacious and very well kept. Good sized bedrooms. Great amenities that are a step above. Plush towels. Plush carpet. Very clean and well decorated. Family friendly. I cannot more highly recommend this house.

Herren House Stay

This home is a gem! We had many family members from out of town come to the Hutchinson area for a reunion and all five of us siblings were able to comfortably stay in the beautiful home. I think it was the cleanest, most well stocked VRBO that I have ever rented. Rosa and Marvin were very gracious hosts and I would highly recommend this home for anyone.

Mom’s Memorial Gathering

This is a beautiful home. It is absolutely charming and feels so homey. You can tell it is maintained with love. There is an abundance of space and everyone at the house felt incredibly comfortable. We were extra surprised to find a bonus kitchen in the basement! The owners were readily available anytime we had questions. We would absolutely recommend this property and plan on using it again the next time we visit.

We had a great time the house was perfect- the only hiccups were that we were given the owners home address (which is a mile down the road) in our informational check in email. Also the room descriptions are a bit misleading- we thought there would be 3 bedrooms on the main floor, but there was only 1z

Like staying with family

This property was exactly as advertised. It is out of town and very peaceful and safe. There are train tracks near by but they didn't bother us. The house was built by the current owners parents so it is loved and cherished by the owners much more than just a rental property. When you walk inside it is very peaceful and impeccably clean. The kitchen furnishings, bowls, utensils, crockpots... were excellent we cooked every day we were here, and never wanted for anything. There is plenty of parking and the whole property felt very safe. It is a perfect spot to stay when close to Hutch. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfection

This was an amazing property, just a few minutes outside of Hutchinson. There was plenty of room for all of us. Every detail was taken care of - things we didn't know we would need - clothing iron, Hershey's kisses on the bedside tables, cold water bottles, comfy beds, a place for the kids to play (inside and out), cozy towels, etc., etc. Planning our next trip soon!

The Gathering Place is in a rural area where you may see farmers planting, cultivating, or harvesting. Cattle may be grazing in pastures across the field, irrigation systems may be irrigating crops across the road, yet you are just 5 minutes from food and gas! The area is great for observing nature, walking on country roads, or eat in the gazebo in the back yard and enjoy the sky and gorgeous sunsets.
