We loved this place so much! Beautiful, well appointed home off the beaten path but that's why we loved it, owner was lovely, helpful and attentive. We will be back again soon!

Great Rental

The place was beautiful and owner was very attentive and responsive to all inquiries prior to and during our stay. I would recommend anyone stay here if they are looking for a place not directly in the center of town but within walking distance to everything. It was also super clean and the outdoor space made it even more amazing!

Beautiful east end home

Fantastic experience in this well-appointed home in the east end! Great location and the manager was very easy to communicate with. Comfortably sleeps 6. Bring your own shampoo/body wash though!

Immaculate, comfortable & posh

We’ve been visiting Ptown for over 20 years (on the West End) and Adam’s 3br East End rental was wonderful for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens this summer. The rooms, furniture, and appliances were like new condition and the place was immaculately clean (I’m a certified neat freak). We also appreciated the attention to design and detail, and the finishes and fixtures made it feel like a posh beach hotel. There was some stormy weather during our stay, which made us really appreciate the well appointed kitchen, the comfortable lounge/tv area, and the extra space allowing us to spread out. When the local power flickered and reset the internet, we reached out to Adam, who replied quickly and helped us resolve the issue right away. The location also worked really well for us—less than 5 min walk to East End Market (stocked with everything you might need plus great homemade bagels), about 10-15 min to the Commercial Street East End galleries, restaurants, and shopping (We discovered some new favorites). We would have stayed longer if it was available, and will likely try to stay here again. Highly recommend!!

Beautifully renovated luxury

If anything, the photos of the property don’t do it justice. It’s a beautifully designed renovation. Tons of space for our group of four. The beds were top notch comfort. It’s a tiny bit far from the center of town town, but nothing a quick bike ride can’t make up for. Highly recommend.

Charming and modern hideaway

My friends and I absolutely loved our week at this delightful little retreat. Private, spacious, modern and convenient — it truly has it all. The house was just renovated. Brand new appliances, furniture, fixtures, everything. The kitchen is big enough to cook in, but out of the way and doesn’t take over the living space. All three bedrooms are comfortable and modern. There’s even a Frame TV. It feels completely new and very clean and spiffy. The layout is gracious and relaxing: a big living room with seating aplenty, bedrooms separated by enough space, and two really nice bathrooms. It never felt cramped for six people. Parking for two cars is a rare plus, and the patio in front was perfect for dinner outside. It is a little bit of a walk into the main sights and lights of Commercial Street (between 15 and 25 minutes depending on where you’re going.) But! Almost the whole walk is along Commerical St, with sidewalks and lighting the whole way. I’ve been closer to town in other houses before but had to walk on some twisting, narrow roads that felt much less comfortable at night, and I prefer this. The walk was pleasant and never strenuous, so unless you have mobility issues, don’t let it it stop you.
