Adorable studio-style cottage with fireplace

Walking distance to oldtown Loveland: breweries, cafes, theatres, restaurants & coffee shops. An amazing getaway, planned with care, this ingenious use of space includes a comfy bed with down comforter and pillows, fireplace, large TV and sound bar, full kitchen complete with tools to cook a gourmet meal, zero entry rain shower, heated floors (bathroom), washer/dryer, a cozy outdoor patio area with a café table for 2, cozy sectional, and a firepit.

We love to host! As lovers of hosting, we`ll provide as much (or little) info and interaction as you would like. Rob and I love the area and are happy to provide ideas on things to do, eat, see, drink. But some people are keep-to-themselfers and we respect that. We`ll take your lead :)
