Adorable studio-style cottage with fireplace

Walking distance to oldtown Loveland: breweries, cafes, theatres, restaurants & coffee shops. An amazing getaway, planned with care, this ingenious use of space includes a comfy bed with down comforter and pillows, fireplace, large TV and sound bar, full kitchen complete with tools to cook a gourmet meal, zero entry rain shower, heated floors (bathroom), washer/dryer, a cozy outdoor patio area with a café table for 2, cozy sectional, and a firepit.

We love to host! As lovers of hosting, we`ll provide as much (or little) info and interaction as you would like. Rob and I love the area and are happy to provide ideas on things to do, eat, see, drink. But some people are keep-to-themselfers and we respect that. We`ll take your lead :)

* This is the town of Loveland, not the ski area.

** VRBO guests - please note there is a $300 security deposit - fully refundable - that will be placed as a `hold` on your credit card a day before your departure. It will be returned a few days later.

Was in town for my sons graduation and this was a prefect base camp, had everything I needed and just a short peaceful walk to downtown.

The Most Picture Perfect VRBO!

This is the most adorable and picture perfect vrbo- this should 100% be promoted by the company as a top place to stay. Every detail was so thoughtful and immaculate. I’ve stayed at a lot of vrbo’s and at this fair price point it’s the best. Owner was great and put a lot of love into this place. Thanks so much!!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This was the perfect stay for us. It was already a five star stay before we even arrived because communication with the host was so incredible. Easy to follow instructions made check in a breeze and the tiny house itself was immaculate. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed it very much. The kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Check out was even easier, I especially appreciated not having a list of tasks to accomplish before we left. There is a cleaning fee after all (as our host pointed out herself). We absolutely loved our time and we will definitely stay with these hosts again. Thank you!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

We loved this property. It was a perfect space to spend a weekend away. Very cozy and inviting. The property owners were very friendly and let us know about some happenings downtown in case we wanted to go! The new hot tub is amazing even when it’s freezing outside. Overall my husband and I had an amazing time. 😊 would love to stay here again if we're ever in the area.

I've been hosting for about a year now and LOVE it! It never gets old hearing guests say they had a terrific, restful stay :) Having lived in Loveland for 13 years, I'm a good resource if you have questions about the area. A foodie who loves craft beer and travelventures!

I am SO PROUD of this adorable cottage. I planned it from studs to throw pillows. Other than only occasionally swinging a hammer, the floorplan, finishes, and décor are all me. A labor of love and I'm excited to see how people react to staying here.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Super cozy, heated floors in the bathroom to keep you comfortable during and after you indulge in the zero-entry rain shower. If you're in to cooking, you'll find a much better equipped kitchen than a typical VRBO. The electric fireplace will be awesome to curl up by during chili winters - but this house is SO WELL INSULATED you'll be snug as a bug regardless (the City of Loveland made double-sure of that). The outdoor area is private and has a super comfy sectional, fire pit, table for 2, and coming mid-October a hot tub! Squeaky clean is a priority, as are a comfy bed and fresh towels.
