Step inside to an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with ample seating, a custom live-edge bench, and a well-labeled kitchen stocked for your stay. Enjoy a coffee or tea from the dedicated bar before heading out to explore. Down the hall, you’ll find a full laundry room with a new washer/dryer and a convenient half bath. The home includes three bedrooms: one with a king-sized Westin Heavenly® mattress and workspace, one with two twin beds, and a spacious primary suite with a king-sized Westin Heavenly® mattress, double vanities, and a walk-in shower. A shared full bath with a tub sits between the guest rooms. Relax on the covered porch, gather around the fire pit, and charge your EV with our new Level 2 ChargePoint station. Inside, you’ll also find a curated selection of board games and books—perfect for cozy nights in or rainy-day fun. Awesome Stay!

We had great time and house was perfect for our group. The house is brand new, very well appointed with all the amenities, and it was very convenient to downtown Weaverville and Asheville. The house was warm and cozy and felt like home away from home. The hosts are great to work with and the property is dog-friendly too! I will definitely plan to return to this property in the future.

Ashville Weekend

We totally enjoyed our stay. The property is conveniently located near the Asheville area and all activities. This is one of the nicest rental properties we have ever stayed in. It is extremely clean, recently renovated and the attention to detail for everything you could need is amazing. The owner is very responsive and answers every question in a very timely manner. We brought our dog with and there are even accommodates for the dog too. I highly recommend this property.

Mia’s College Move In

We had a great time and really enjoyed the property. Everything was very nice and clean. Just wanted to bring yo your attention that there is a strange odor in the laundry room and I think it is coming from the dirty mop hanging on the wall. We definitely plan on staying with you again!

Great house

This was such a great find! We are always a little worried trying a new listing without reviews but this one really worked out. The house was great and the hosts have thought of everything from really comfortable mattresses and bedding to games and books and snacks. They have a book of local recommendations as well that was helpful. The house was extra clean and the location was easy to find. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back soon. Thanks for sharing your haven with us!
