Escape in this luxurious and spacious 4 bedroom paradise. Our stunning Luxury Vacation Villa on the water has a unique array of offsite and onsite amenities to enjoy. The minute you arrive It's Vacation Time! Kayaks and Bicycling are on premises for your vacation exploring adventures.

From our exterior to our interior you can enjoy our many features. Have a cookout on the outside lanai with our full outdoor kitchen that also include a Grill, Wine Cooler, Refrigerator & a Granite Counter. Or take a dip in our salt water Lighted/Heated huge Infinity Edge Pool which has a swim up granite bar with granite stools that overlooks the direct access gulf waterway. Relax and watch the fish jump while fishing from our captains dock

Open the patio doors to the Master Bedroom that boasts a water view and fireplace and then leads into the beautiful walk-in shower or the walk-in heated jet tub of our large master bathroom suite which also contains a lovely chandelier. Keep your work updated in our junior suite with a water view that host a fully updated office with a Recliner chair and TV. Enjoy the exquisite water views from both French Doors in our family room and living room. Last but not least, the spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets in all the bedrooms.

We are close to Matlacha / Pine Island (Little Key West with island shopping) and provide a Professional and Friendly host to welcome you to every stay. Our Luxury Villa is within 10-15 minutes of a large variety of shopping and dining. Golf courses and Marina are within 10 minutes for you golfers and boaters !

This was a fabulous stay at this villa. We were here a couple of months and it had everything we needed and more. The home was extremely clean and had plenty of room for family to visit. The bedrooms were large and the home itself very spacious. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and had a great walk-in pantry. The lanai was very large and we made good use of the outdoor kitchen and grill. The infinity pool and Tiki bar in the pool was amazing and the view on the canal was so relaxing. I cannot say enough about the host. They were incredibly accessible and are great people! We would absolutely stay here again!

Winter getaway

The home was very nice and the outdoor area with the pool was stunning and exactly what we wanted. The owners are fantastic and very accommodating. Our family had a wonderful time.

Relax in Paradise!

My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to vacation. The outdoor living space is pure perfection. You can fish from the dock, and catch some amazing fish. You can relax by the pool in the numerous sitting spaces. Simply fantastic area. Have a boat - cruise the canals, and get to the open water in about 30 mins. The interior is just as stunning. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need to cook meals. Bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable. Beautifully decorated with beach vibe. Close to grocery store and fun family owned restaurants. If you are looking for a quiet & relaxing home - this is your place!!! We will be back!

Quiet, relaxing vacation

We really enjoyed the layout of the house separating the guest rooms from the master. Everyone was able to enjoy a bit of privacy. Our dog absolutely loved the dog door from the screened in pool area out to the fenced side yard, too. The pool was a nice temperature all week and we had no trouble dropping our paddle boards in to explore the area. Restaurants and grocery stores are only 10-20 minutes away thereby offering a nice, central location. Most cooking supplies were available at the house, so I didn't have any problems cooking meals for the week. Overall, this was a wonderfully relaxing vacation filled with walks, paddle boarding, reading and fishing off the dock. The neighbors are lovely as well and we all enjoyed talking with them. Overall, our family would certainly consider staying here again for the location, beautiful pool, easy canal access and spacious layout of the home.
