We absolutely love this property. This is the second time we have returned here. It was everything we hoped for and more. The house was well equipped with cooking supplies and we loved the furniture inside and out. The sunrise alone is worth staying on this property. We will definitely be back!

We had an incredible week at Jim’s Cape Coral property! The home was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing vacation. The highlight for us was having the boat right at the property—navigating the local canals and exploring the surrounding waterways, lakes, and islands made the trip truly special.Jim was a fantastic host: proactive, communicative, and very easy to work with from booking through check-out. The boat handover with the captain went smoothly, and having the GPS and local chart info made getting around the water stress-free.We loved spending our evenings out on the lanai overlooking the lake. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely love to stay here again. Thanks for a memorable week, Jim!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Communication with the host was easy and quick. The house was perfect for what we needed and wanted. We loved the view of the lake and having access to the boat. The location was great with easy access to restaurants, stores, anything we needed or wanted. If we could give 10 stars we could. We’re already planning our return!

Great family get away

This place is amazing! Clean, comfortable, and lots of extras. Plenty of space to spread out, lots of games, tv’s, and a warm pool. Highly recomend.

I’m not sure where to start! We took our annual girls trip to Cape Coral 2 years ago and fell in love! We decided to revisit this year and wanted a VRBO with a pool. Wow… just Wow, did we ever get a good place! This home was beautifully furnished, very clean with plenty of sleeping room. We all rested well. No one likes to do laundry on their vacay but when you capsule pack you wash and this home has an excellent laundry room. We also wanted clean, dry beach towels every day for the beach, the boat (yes, a boat comes with the VRBO!!) and the gorgeous Infinity pool with a water fall/evening pool lighting. The owners even supplied extra beach towels! Woohoo! Our designated boat driver met with, got a quick run through of operations & expectations as well as the keys from the VRBO boat captain. Very helpful! We signed the waiver for the paddle boards but couldn’t trust each other to not take/post videos so chickened out. The kitchen was very well stocked: pitchers, blender, crockpot, both Keurig and standard filter/glass carafe for coffee as well as plenty of plates, glasses, cups and flatware. There is ping pong table and arcade game if you feel like a little bit of “old school” gaming competition.The home is spotlessly kept.We had an occasion to speak to the management team and VRBO owner over 2 issues that we only wanted them to be aware of: ants and a dripping outside pool spigot. They called and came that same day. We felt so cared for! This VRBO is in our rotation!

Great house with beautiful views in the backyard pool area. House has alot of amenities for college age kids to have a blast. Boat option is very cool & a lot of areas to visit on the water.

Perfect Getaway!

Property was excellent for 2 adults and 6 teen girls! Pool and patio were beautiful. Beautiful view. Boat was great and so much fun to go watch dolphins or just take a canal/lake cruise. Close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Great game room area for all!

Beautiful house

Our stay was wonderful!! Jim was great!! One of the nicest houses we have stayed at in Florida. Spent most of our time in the pool. Lots to do at the house. I would definitely stay there again!! Definitely a 10!!

Tranquil and beautiful location

Just an overall wonderful home! Loved watching the fish jump in the evening and was able to enjoy the pool everyday. The house is quite spacious! Very nice layout and lots of windows overlooking the pool and water, which was so relaxing. The neighborhood is also very quiet, which was ideal for us. Would definitely love to stay again some time!

Great home!

Great time! 7 of us enjoyed the home. Had great fun in the pool! Kitchen, all was.wonderful! Quiet neighborhood; easy in and out to major road/nice restaurants Bimini-just this side of the Sanibel Causeway; lobster lady in Cape Coral; Doc Fords on Sanibel —all were great!
