Perched on a cliff with panoramic views of Aguadilla Bay and its crystal-clear waters, our villa is a short walk to Crash Boat Beach, avoiding parking hassle. Enjoy nearby dining spots and access to popular beaches for snorkeling, SCUBA, fishing, and surfing. The villa offers cozy, air-conditioned bedrooms and spacious outdoor living and dining areas with stunning views. El Cucurucho is a secure gated villa perfect for families, couples, and friends, accommodating 4, 6, 8 or 12 people.

The primary bedroom boasts a spacious layout with a king-size bed and its own private terrace facing the paradise of Aguadilla Bay with stunning ocean views and calming décor, this room is designed for relaxation. The room is equipped with all new stainless-steel appliances, including a fridge, coffee maker, smart tv, and microwave inside the room.

Bedroom #2 comes equipped with smart tv and offers one queen-size bed with one full-size bed as a bunk bed. Featuring beach chic décor, the room gives off peaceful energy. These 2 rooms are divided by the bathroom and a door.

Bedroom #3 has a spacious layout with a king-size for two (2) persons, a bathroom, and an indoor kitchen with all new stainless-steel appliances, including a fridge and microwave. It also comes equipped with smart tv, a closet and an outdoor patio.

All the rooms are equipped with cozy beds, air-conditioned bedrooms, ceiling fans, and expansive outdoor living and dining spaces with beautiful views.

The patio area has a Gazebo, jacuzzi, outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill, appliances, and 2 restroom facilities. Also offers a lounge with a hammock, dinner table to unwind and relax with friends and family while enjoying the ocean breeze.
Laundry area with washer and dryer at no cost.

El Cucurucho is a secure gated villa complex perfect for families, couples, and friends.

This place has an abundance of space. It features beautiful terraces that make the property extremely welcoming; everything connects in an interesting way, integrating nature and hammocks for relaxing and enjoying your stay.

The property is exclusively for the renter. There are NO shared spaces.

There are three parking spaces for guests and additional space for visitors. Two outdoors and one indoor garage with private entrance to the property.

Upon arrival, you will receive the keys and a gate opener to the Villa.

Instructions for the arrival will arrive automatically the day before via inbox.

Other things to note:
Our primary attraction is our close proximity to Crash Boat Beach, renowned as one of the finest beaches in the Caribbean. Guests can conveniently access the beach by walking down a set of stairs located just two minutes from the House.

Under normal traffic conditions, the drive to Crash Boat beach takes about 5 to 10 minutes. Important to mention that these stairs are owned and maintained by the municipality of Aguadilla for the benefit of both the community and guests; they are not our property.

The location of this property is amazing with a great view to the Crash Boat beach and Aguadilla bay. You just need to walk about 200 meters, come down a set of stairs and voila, you are at the beach! Also the configuration of the property was perfect for our large family with 3 adult children, spouses, and grand kids (3 under the age of 3). The outside common had ample space for all of us to eat together and play with the kids.

This was a great experience and location. It was set up as three separate "apartments" with the outdoor common areas. All common areas are outdoors but the weather was great and being outdoors was preferred. It was high enough you could see the water. The walk to the beach took about 5-10 minutes. It is a lot of steps to access it but that was no problem for our group. The hot tub was not hot but a good place to cool off. We had a multi family group all at different stages and it was perfect. We each had our own space to do our own thing while also having plenty of space to spend time together. The home was unique and beautiful!

The rental was okay, it has no gathering space if it rains for your group and it did rain pretty hard one day. We ended up with a leak in one of the bathrooms that was attached to a king sized bedroom and one couple had to find another place to stay. We did ask for a cost reduction but the host never responded. The host was very responsive about everything and we had great communication until we asked for the discount because of the leak. The listing is a little deceiving also. The room with the bunk beds is attached to one of the king size bedrooms and it shares one bathroom. One of the other rooms did not have a bathroom attached and you had to go outside to get to the bathroom which wasn’t ideal especially when it was raining so hard. The bathroom with the leaking ceiling was attached to one of the king sized bedrooms but that bedroom had no door, it was attached to the kitchen that all of the rooms used. The host really should do a better job at disclosing the bedroom and bathroom layouts

Hello Lori, I was genuinely surprised by your review. Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, and during your stay, a rare cold front brought heavy rain every single day, which is unusual for our area. The excessive rain caused a small leak, and we addressed it immediately when you contacted me. As you requested, we spoke directly with your son and asked if there was anything we could do to make everyone more comfortable. He kindly reassured us that the leak was very small and that they simply wanted to inform us. Out of respect, I must say that the leak was minor, dripping in the bathroom next to the bathtub, and did not impact the bedroom or common areas. It was repaired the following day once the rain stopped. After our visit, I did not receive any additional messages from you until the last day, so I understood that everything had been resolved. Regarding the layout, the property description is accurate and includes real photos that clearly reflect the configuration of the home. Across more than 300 reviews on different platforms over the past three years, this is our only negative review. In fact, on the day of your arrival, you wrote: *“Hi, my daughter and my sister are there, we are still a couple hours out. They said it’s wonderful!”* I apologize if my response to your final message requesting a refund was not as timely as it should have been. I did call to offer a credit, but I did not receive a response. I understand that the continuous rainy days may have made your stay feel different from what you expected. Our home is spacious and thoughtfully designed for families and groups to enjoy time together; however, when it rains as heavily as it did during your visit, there is unfortunately very little we can do to change those circumstances. We remain committed to providing a positive experience for our guests and wish you all the best.
