Want to get away from it all? Want to relax on a quiet Caribbean beach? Paradise awaits you at Casa Sol Rico Dos ! This house has ton of outdoor living space. You can cook in the grill, eat on the dining area and nap in the hamocks. This unique three bedroom house is the perfect place to enjoy paradise. It sits on a beautiful shallow beach with an awesome view and private beach access. Literally go down the porch stairs fifteen steps and you're on the beach!

The large ocean facing covered porch and sun deck has plenty of room for sunbathing, outdoor dining and enjoying pina coladas. Relax in the hammocks, listen to the waves crash while watching the pelicans catch fish and the surfers catch waves. Grill fresh fish in the charcoal barbecue. At night let the sounds of the waves loll you to sleep and in the morning, brew a cup of coffee and take a leisurely stroll on the beach (there are miles of beach in either direction).

Sol Rico Dos is located in a safe neighborhood in the Porta del Sol Tourism Area on the West side of the island in the municipality of Aguada (near Rincon). The property is located 25 minutes from the Aguadilla Airport (BQN) and less than two hours from Luis Munoz Marin Airport (SJU) at San Juan.

The house has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, WiFi, and gated parking for two cars. Air conditioning in all the bedrooms.

Everything worked and was smooth and easy. And the hammock was pure heaven on earth, it was always occupied. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped. It would have been nice to have wash cloths but it seems pretty common for those to be optional. Loved it, would stay again.

Beautiful and Relaxing

We had such a wonderful time. The house was big enough to accommodate my family of five comfortably. We love that it's right on the beach and so private. That porch is absolutely amazing! The only surprise we had was that there is no oven in the kitchen so we had to change plans on a dinner but not a big deal. I did look back on the listing and it doesn't list an oven as one of the kitchen amenities so that was my fault.

Wonderful location!

The home is very nice and has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We had a bathroom door lock problem when we arrived, but someone was there in under 30 minutes fixing it. Hosts were very responsive and kind!Although we loved the place, we had no kitchen towels to dry dishes. Although each person had a bath towel and beach towel, we had only one washcloth and two hand towels for seven of us. This would not stop us from staying here again, though! Cold air conditioning, no bugs, very clean, nice hot water, and walking out to a beautiful beach with breathtaking views makes this place worth every penny. The outdoor furniture is very comfortable and clean. Also, there is a great local bakery to grab food so cooking is optional!!I would strongly recommend staying here.

Great location great beach great host very clean very very well stocked with everything you could possibly need.I highly recommend this place or the one next-door Sol Rico 1, to anyone who wants to stay in Aguada

Lovely home, fantastic location

This is such a lovely home with a beautiful ocean view. It is literally on the beach, so access couldn't have been better. The host had so many things for us that we didn't need to buy much as far as supplies. If I had to say anything negative at all, it would be that the living room furniture was not very comfortable for lounging after a long day at the beach or in town. Otherwise, the place was absolutely fabulous.

Amazing location!

Beautiful home right on the beach. Literally. Right on the beach! It was so amazing to walk out the door onto the sand. Very laid back and relaxing with all of the lounging chairs available and the hammock. We loved using the boogie boards provided too! Not a ton of food or entertainment within walking distance but honestly, with a location like this, there’s no reason to leave.

Magical Family Beach Vacation

Our family of 6 (two adults and four kids ages 7-17) traveled to Puerto Rico for the first time. Our first step was this amazing house. The location is ideal -- right on a beautiful beach, which we had mostly to ourselves the whole time we were there, easy access to RincĂłn and Aguadilla, plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within a 10-minute drive. The house was very clean and the air conditioners work well. Access to the beach is through an open air downstairs room with a shower right by the back door, which makes it possible to keep sand out of the house, even with the kids running in and out all day. Washer and dryer on the property means you can pack light. A kitchen allowed us to save money by preparing meals at home. I wish we could have stayed a full week!

Quiet/Beautiful Getaway

My wife, mother-in-law and three boys 18,19 & 22 staid for 5 days in April. The property was just as described. The view and the sounds were amazing. The patio was just amazing, watching both the sunrise and the sunset. Was very secluded and quiet, at least when we were there. The house had all the necessities such as Dinnerware, utensils, pots and towels that you may need. We ate many meals at the house, so this was very handy. Kim & Ernest where very welcoming and made the whole process of renting effortless. They were quick to respond and help in any way they could, if needed. Would definately recommend., and hope to be back someday.

Amazing ocean view

This is a beautiful home located right on the ocean . We spend time watching the surfers, birds catching fish and strolling along the beach.Great restaurants nearby! We had an amazing family vacation. Location was perfect.

The house is in Aguada away from the busyness of San Juan. Waking up to the crushing sounds of the ocean was so peaceful. My whole family enjoyed our stay here. The property manager Ernest was very responsive and a great host. The place is clean and well stocked with the necessities. I appreciated that. I would def stay here again.

Direct oceanfront

Waves lapped the walls of the house during high tides. On windy days we enjoyed watching the surfers from the huge porch overlooking the ocean. Wonderful location between Rincon and Aquadilla. Easy drive to shops, restaurants, more beaches and minutes away from a local bakery that we went to almost every day to buy fresh hot bread and delicious pastries. Ernesto, our host, was easy to work with. We were on a girls trip and the house accomodated us perfectly. The 6 of us eachhad a bed and with 3 bathrooms there was no waiting!

Beautiful home right on the beach

We had a wonderful stay. The beach was amazing. So many beach amenities downstairs was very helpful. Home was clean, beds were clean. Only downside is no air conditioning in living room, kitchen area which was a bit difficult with so much humidity. And tv in living room didn’t work, no sound. We changed remote batteries and even used the app I had on my phone which I normally use for my home tv. Nothing worked. But it was ok just gave us more of a reason to spend time together outside. Sunsets are epic! Take lots of photos. Overall yes we will be back again!!!

Perfect spot on the beach

The outdoor veranda and easy access directly to the beach make this a truly spectacular location. Stuff happens. The washing machine broke down and they had a new washing machine in there within two days. Really appreciated that. Love this place and hope to return.

The property and location were great. My only complaint would be the lack of flexability from the owner. I booked this houes nearly 3 month out from our arrival. the very next day after booking I realized a mistake in my planning. we needed to be out one day earlier than planned. I emailed the owner to change our reservation which they did quickly, but they would not refund me for the extra night. the add said no refunds so it is entirely within their rights to do so however I changed plans very quickly and still several months out. They were not inconvenienced and they did not loose any money. The only reason to hang onto the money at that point was greed. I was put off by their lack of grace in that situation. Other than that the home was exaclty as described and the beach was wonderful. you'll be very happy.

Beautiful Property and Location

Check in and communication with hosts was fantastic. The house is set up well for a small group and the outdoor area was our favorite part. The beach was perfect for swimming and relaxing.

Beautiful spot right on beach

I booked this house because of the location. It’s in a residential neighborhood right on the beach! Check in was easy. You walk in and there is the kitchen and family room, and the 3 bedrooms. All the bedrooms have AC and the kitchen has fans. The bedroom we slept in was the closest to the ocean and can hear waves which was nice. The mattress was horrible so we switched with the other bedrooms mattress. The place was clean except the floors needed another good mopping. There was a surf board and snorkeling equipment downstairs and a shower to rinse from beach. The beach was virtually private with not many people the whole 8 days except for surfers. This house is attached to 2 others, this being in the middle. 3 nights out of 8 it got loud at night with people yelling and having fun but hey it’s their vacation. The beach is beautiful and clean. Lots of neighborhood cats and horses and roosters which was cool! There were towels and enough dishes etc. Rincon right down the street and Aguadilla close by too. The beach had serious waves. Sand so soft. Huge deck with plenty of tables and chairs to relax. 2 hammocks too. Also, had a washer and dryer. The power went out our last night for a few hours but there is solar backup. All is all, was a great place to stay and would recommend.

Rich and Sunny first came to Puerto Rico in 1997 on their honeymoon. They are both from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and moved to Seattle, Washington in 2010. They have three children ages 14, 12 & 9. They love being on the water and have vacationed on the beaches Florida, California, Maui, Turks and Caicos and Panama. However, they found that Puerto Rico has the most to offer of all the beaches they have visited!

Location, location, location. We love to be ON the water. You cannot get any closer to the Caribbean from any other house. It is located on a quiet beach near Rincon and has spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. You can enjoy the ocean right from the terrazza or walk down only 15 steps to your private entrance to the beach. We are very excited to share our dream come true with those wanting to enjoy the beach in a local PR neighborhood with spectacular views and warm water!
