Located in the gated North Camp community, this brand-new home is sure to be the site of many memorable Deep Creek Lake vacations. Plans for the outdoor living space include a covered deck with a sitting area as well as an outdoor fireplace. There will also be a bubbling hot tub where you can relax after a day of skiing or hiking. Inside, the open concept main level will have plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The great room will be your primary gathering space with a cozy gas fireplace and a TV. Five of the bedrooms are suites with private baths and the sixth bedroom will have access to a hall bath. Enjoy quality time together in the lower-level family room that is ideal for TV time. It will be furnished with a pool table too and has a wet bar for convenient access to snacks and drinks. You are within 1.5 miles of the Adventure Sports Center International. Their famous manmade river is the site of whitewater rafting adventures. Within a five-minute drive, you can also hit the links at either of Wisp Resort's two golf courses. Wisp is well-known for year-round recreation. Skiing, golf, ziplines, snow tubing, and disc golf are just a few of the options. Be sure to include a visit to Deep Creek Lake State Park in your itinerary. You can swim at the sandy beach, enjoy a picnic lunch, take the kids to the playground and rent a canoe or kayak. You can also take the kids to the Discovery Center that is home to hands-on exhibits about the local, natural environment. Park staff often have great activities like guided hikes and tours of the aviary. Marinas with boat rentals, restaurants, shops, mini golf, and more are all within ten minutes or less. The central location puts you in the heart of the area with favorite activities and special events at your fingertips.
