Spacious and perfect location

The property met all of our needs. The two beds in one of the 3 bedrooms came in handy for us and the open living/dining/kitchen area was great. We appreciated being directly across from one of the pools for my granddaughter (some of the condos can be a loooong walk to either pool!) as well as having a washer and dryer in the unit. The resort is so close to the airport and Universal that we didn’t need a rental car: Lyft or Uber are easier and far cheaper. It was a great stay-recommend!

Wonderful communication from the manager. Very accommodating with our last minute reservation. Very close to OCCC. Would stay again!

Great property and location!

The condo was beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures. We had plenty of room for everyone and it was very comfortable. It was extremely clean and well maintained. The condo is conveniently located next to a grocery stores, many restaurants, and amusement parks. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay!

Property was as advertised. Everything was very clean and maintained. It is in a great location right by the pool. Which is super nice. My daughter was playing volleyball at the convention center and this was the perfect locaion to stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Orlando Vacation

The property was even better than advertised. The owner was very responsive and accomodating. There was plenty of space and very clean. One of the pools was just a few steps across the parking lot. Universal is just a couple miles away, and a straight shot. International Drive is even closer. There were plenty other recreational activities nearby. Last, but not least, the grocery store is in walking distance.

Perfect location if you need to go to the convention center. Host was very accommodating and very responsive. Highly recommend Gio’s place.

The restaurants nearby are really nice. We were a bit anxious to go to a restaurant in a strip mall, but they exceeded expectations.

National Volleyball Tournament/SeaWorld/Beach/Disney Stay

This condominium was beautiful! Furniture was comfortable, decor was appealing, and unit was very clean! Nice amenities were included, including kitchen, ware, and starter supply of household items required. Excellent location for the smaller pool, and shopping for Publix, supermarket, and other nice restaurants in the plaza. Very convenient for access to the Orange County convention center. Vistacay amenities were wonderful. Convenient to attend Seaworld, Disney, springs, Cocoa, Beach, and Daytona Beach for day trips! The host, Giovanni, was top-notch, very professional, and accommodating! We would highly recommend this unit, and we hope to return soon!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed this condo and it’s just as it is in the pictures—beautiful and clean. The host was very accommodating and responsive to messages. This is a great location with Publix grocery and several restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay

We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful condo. The owner was accessible when we needed some assistance. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool was well maintained and a great place to hang out and relax. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great host and wonderful location.

Very happy with this rental property. We went down for two weeks to enjoy the sunshine and pool. The condo was very clean and walking distance to the pool. There were two pools on site that we could use, one involved a short walk across the street. They both were very clean and wonderful. The host was very nice and responsive. Whenever we had a question he would respond extremely quickly. I would recommend this place and will be returning next year.
