The condo was in great shape. It was very clean at check-in and included everything needed for a great stay for a family. The views from the bedrooms and back patios were outstanding. The complex was quiet and easy to get into and out of. Very convenient and close to the Universal amusement parks. Overall, would highly recommend this unit.

Best So Far

This was our 3rd time in Orlando for the boys national volleyball tournament, but our first time at Vista Cay. It was the closest we've been to the convention center and it was perfect. We paid for the extra night since we were flying in on a red eye. I let Gary know around when we would be arriving and they kept the lights on for us so when we arrived the unit was welcoming. We have a couple more years of annual volleyball tournaments and we plan to book here again.

Perfect place to stay!

Stayed here for a week and everything was great. The property managers stayed in touch and everything in the room was clean and bright. No issues at all with Vista Cay Resort. I will come back next time I visit Orlando.

Amazing place and great location!

The host was responsive, checked in regularly and very supportive (especially when we left an item there ). The location is perfect and 15-20 minutes from everything. Pool was under construction but there was an alternative pool close by. Would highly recommend!!!!

Upstairs neighbors a bit noise.

The property and condo was nice, clean and close to everything. We were on the third floor and the last few nights had guests above us who were pretty loud all through the night. Not condo owners fault. Just luck of the draw.

Weekend in Orlando

This was a great place to stay in Orlando. The condo was as pictured and very nicely furnished. The location is great to get to many of the main attractions but also in a little quieter neighborhood. The only downside was that the pool that was right next to our building was closed for remodeling. We were informed but very close to our arrival date. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to friends and family.

3Bedroom, 2 Bath lake view condo

Our family of 6 really enjoyed our 10 day stay at VistaCayOrlando. The condo was meticulously maintained and had everything we needed for a “homebase” while visiting area theme parks. We enjoyed being able to share meals together in the separate dining room. There was plenty of space in living room to hang out and watch tv at the end of our long days. Bathrooms had plenty of hot water and large mirrors /counter space for multiple people getting ready. Having washer and dryer onsite was very convenient. We hit a cold spell for Florida so did not use the pool or tiki bar but did enjoy time on lake view porch and walking trail. Gary was great at communicating and recommended places to eat and shop. We would definitely stay in this unit at this resort in the future!

Great home base for family of 6

The condo was a great home base for our family of 6 visiting Discovery Cove and Sea World. The property managers are very friendly and communicative. Also, we felt very safe with it being a gated community and with the on site security. It’s within the Walmart delivery zone so we used that for groceries etc, and we used Uber to get around.

Perfection

This place was even better than the pictures looked. The view from the balcony, the comfort of the beds, and the community itsself was all perfect. The basic essentials to the washer pods was perfect for what we needed on our 6 night stay. I am not usually a big reviewer but this place deserves it. I will definitely be staying here anytime I come back!!!

Great place!!

This place was in a great central location to all the tourist attractions. It was very clean and provided everything we needed to feel at home. Gary was great! We had a hair dryer fizzle out on us and he was quick to bring us a replacement. Wonderful customer service!

Amazing! Convenient Convention Center Condo

Absolutely perfect! Communication from Gary (host) was spectacular. The rental was safe, secure, immaculate, attractive and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a lovely home away from home…including good quality laundry room in unit, tons of extra towels, and a fully outfitted kitchen. The location was ideal (though we had a rental car…walk to convention center is possible but hot and longer than you think). Facility including pools, lake (lovely view!) were delightful, kid friendly and CLEAN! Convenience store, grocery store, several restaurants and gas station all within easy walking distance. Parking and reliable internet included. All this, with 3br 2bath for MUCH less than any of the nearby hotels. Had a small mechanical issue (no fault of the host) which was fixed IMMEDIATELY, even though it was 8pm. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Wonderful experience! Thank you Gary!
