Convenient location, communicative host, and a clean rental with several over the top accommodations. The welcome basket was a very personal touch. My group especially enjoyed the extra bedding and air mattress. If I need a rental in Detroit again, I would actively search for this one (or another property managed by Nicole!)

I was attending a game at Comerica and it was a short walk away. There was plenty of parking on the street which was convenient. The apartment was well decorated and clean. I had a few issues and let the owner know so she could fix for the next renters. I would book again.

Great Location

This property is in the best location if your looking to attend a sporting event in Detroit. It's a short walk to all 3 stadiums / arena. We will definitely be staying here again when we need to spend the night.

Great location to downtown

We stayed in the Aurora to attend a concert at Ford Field. We were able to walk to and from the venue and felt very safe. The property was very nice and just as pictured. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely return!

15 minute walk to Little Caesar Arena where we had an event. Easy parking and access. Property updated and host was very responsive when booking. Great communication. Would stay again!

Perfect everything!

The only complaint is we didn't stay here longer! Great location within walking distance to everything! Parked right near the building and had no issues with anything. Definitely will stay here again the next time we are in Detroit!

Good place

Really cool historic building and the communication with the host was great. I wouldn’t say any of the views are very scenic and the bed was possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on, but everything else was nice.

Downtown gem

Nicole’s apartment was in a great location for our stay. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants or take a quick Uber. The apartment is very welcoming as it is both bright and spacious. We will definitely book again.

Great apartment

My daughter and I stayed here for the Billie Eilish concert at Little Ceasers Arena. It was a 10 minute walk to the arena. The area is safe and clean to walk, which I appreciated for me and my daughter. The apartment was clean, and nice!

One night stand

Awesome place. Clean. Beautiful location. Beautiful building and place. Close to every th I f we needed: Thirdman, Shinola, Cass Coridor, Little Caesar’s Arena and the stadiums/theaters. My nephews came in (from Canada) and fell in love with Detroit. Thanks for the awesome hospitality.

Close to Little Caesar’s Arena

We visited Detroit for a Red Wings game and found this property close to the arena. The room is beautiful, we could see Ford Field from the dining area. We had a nice relaxing night, then walked to our game. The parking recommendations were greatly appreciated, we parked for two days in a parking garage and paid less than we normally would for event parking. Thank you for a great experience.

Worked well in a pinch

It was a nice property and location. AC units need to be replaced, and the bed mattress could certainly be upgraded. Listing indicates a twin bed in addition to the queen, but the "twin bed" is only an air mattress (which is actually larger than a twin).
