However, we regret that your vacation was interrupted by nearby construction. This construction was not being carried out by us, and as such, we would not have been aware that it would have been in progress during your stay. If we have prior knowledge about such events, we always notify our guests and/or take the initiative to have them moved to another comparable unit if necessary. Nevertheless, we are not seeing where you once called in and complained about construction noise. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience of construction nearby. Unfortunately, the rental agreement does have a section explaining that Benchmark Management cannot predict construction plans in the area and therefor cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience. As for the items you listed being short, we do only provide a few items and should you have any questions about the amenities were always happy to help.
