Welcome to Villa El Sueno 4!

Villa El Sueno 4 is located in the heart of Old Town. Fully remodeled units with modern touches. Just a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the Malecon. 2 blocks away from Vallartas incredible night life.

The Space:

Villa El Sueno 4 is a lovely 1 bedroom 1 bath condo. The kitchen is fully equipped to bring out the chef in you. Refrigerator, oven, range, dishwasher, microwave and even a wine refrigerator. Airconditioning and wifi throughout the unit.

The bedroom has a nice comfortable king size bed with a 43 inch smart tv that has is connected to wifi.

All guests have access to the amazing rooftop pool that includes an outdoor kitchen.

I've stayed in El Sueno 4 several times and look forward to staying again in the future. Comfortable space that's a short walk to restaurants, bars, Nice roof-top deck with a small "plunge" pool -- just wish there was some shade structure because it gets too hot during the day to hang out.The host team, Chris & PVGetaways, was great with communications before and during the stay.

Comfortable, well-appointed space and just a short walk to everything Zona! I've stayed in El Sueno 4 in the past and will stay there again I'm sure.

This property has everything and the location is perfect.

You can’t ask for more. It’s a block away from the center of the area and there are so many stores and restaurants within steps. Very private and quiet. I also enjoyed the rooftop which has the most amazing views. The property managers were super nice and accommodating. I can’t ask for a better stay

Upper Floor Condo

Nice natural light and good layout in this unit accessed with two flight spiral staircase. Short 10 minute walk to the beaches, bars, restaurants and shopping. The building's on the border of Alta Vista and Zona Romantica with a steep 1/2 block inclined street (stairs on the sidewalk) that may present challenge to some. Looking forward to staying again.

Very good accommodation!

The apartment is located near to the heart of Zona Romantica within walking distance of the beaches. The interior design is modern, functional and comfortable. It was easy to communicate with the property manager and responses were quick. I would recommend this apartment based on its amenities and upkeep. Persons with mobility issues will need to consider the incline to get to the apartment and there are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment.

Nicely appointed condo with a great layout. An easy walk to the busy part of Zona Romantica but much quieter than options there. Nice rooftop deck with a plunge pool for a quick cool off. Would've appreciated a shade option to enable more time there. Some might be uncomfortable with the immediate neighborhood.

This place is conveniently located, not too steep, and has a lovely balcony.

Lovely apartment. Easy walk to Basillo Badillo. Excellent restaurant right at the bottom of the hill. Very quiet compared to other areas of PV we have stayed in.

Nice place to stay.

Unit is clean and spacious. Location is good, neighborhood is not as good as expected. Rooftop pool is really not a pool. If you are looking for an economical place to stay, this would be a good choice.
