Casa Laura Unit B - Lake Louise with a private pool

The spacious units are two-bedroom two bath units with an extended lanai that captures your view down the canal. Each unit is tastefully furnished and equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a refreshing heated and a spacious patio area that overlooks the wide Gulf access basin.

The oversized master bedroom has a king bed, HD TV and a walk-in closet. There is a private bathroom for the master suite. The master suite also has NEW front loader washer and dryers. Bedroom #2 has a Queen bed and a single bed, along with a good-sized closet.

Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

Pool

The kitchen is complete with stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster, pizza oven, blender, dishes and cookware.

There is a washer and dryer in each unit.

Other amenities include a spacious patio area at the pool with tables, chairs and lounge chairs, propane Webber BBQ grill, cable HD TV, WIFI, and custom dock for fishing or tying up your boat.

Boat rental is available for guests for an additional fee. Onshore and offshore fishing are also available for our guests. Please contact us for details.

Conveniently we are located less than a block away from a major food and liquor store.Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Moms gone wild

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo was very clean and had plenty of room. Was nice laying out by the pool. Not to far from the beach and also nice that publix is basically across the street. Would stay again!

Excellent location

Amazing accommodations. Spectacular view and location. Jerry was always quick to respond and helpful. Loved seeing the dolphins from the deck and the burrowing owls down the street.

This place was great and in a good location. Super easy to get a hold of the property owner. The only other thing I would have liked was a TV in the second room to keep the kids occupied. Two bathrooms was a plus!

Beautiful location and condo

Very pleased with this stay! Very clean! King bed was firm and comfy! Condo had most of the items we needed to eat in a few nights. Owner was very responsive to my questions. Pool was perfect! Our 18yo girls absolutely loved it. Great place!

Absolute Peace!

Such a wonderful surprise! The Lanai was my happy place where the sunsets were. Clean, comfortable and stocked with lots! If you need food, Publix is close too. The pool is heated and perfect! Our friends joined us and all agreed....We'll be back! Thank You Jerry!

Beautiful View!

Unit B was very clean and spacious with a gorgeous view of the lake that can be seen from the kitchen, living room and primary bedroom. The pictures online are an accurate representation of the property. Jerry, the owner was very responsive and accommodating. When I had an issue with the Wi-Fi he quickly responded and was able to resolve immediately. It is conveniently located next to a Publix which came in very handy throughout the week. The only thing missing is the ability to walk around the lake and enjoy the scenery as there is no walking trail around the lake. However the view and the pool made up for it! It was quiet and the pool was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect condo for my family for the week!

Lakeside Retreat

My family of 4 had a great stay! Perfect setup for parents and kids to have separate bedrooms and bathrooms, but able to come together in common area kitchen, living, pool, and screened in patio. Jerry and his team were so attentive by ensuring we had nice fishing poles, tackle box, and needle nose pliers to fish off the tiki dock. You can see the sunset so well also. The space is just as shown and described online, new dishes, new towels, new bedding. So nice to have a WD, new also as well. Fully equipped kitchen with knives, pots/pans, blender, toaster, cutting boards, etc. did have a coffee maker, but husband is a keurig guy. Would be nice to have had a keurig. Had soap, plenty of toilet paper, pods for DW and WD (we used, but replaced), and limited spices which is very handy. Ice maker works very well too. Floors could have been cleaner, but overall clean. Right Nextdoor to Publix grocery and liquor store, so very convenient. Great cost and rental!
