Welcome to The Happy House-our beautiful private oasis in the heart of Cape Coral with stunning outdoor spaces on a Gulf access canal. Two-bedrooms and two full baths make this home the perfect getaway!!

The Space
Come take a dip in the refreshing heated pool-complete with hot tub for those cooler evenings. The extraordinary outdoor area is its' own fenced-in private oasis with large outdoor kitchen with grill and large bar area with ample seating. Sit in the gazebo to enjoy morning coffee or mimosa while overlooking the canal as a day of rest and relaxation begins - spend your day fishing off the private dock or floating around the pool and finally - end another perfect Florida day under the pergola with a glass of wine or your favorite cocktail.

The inside of the home is beautifully decorated with an open floorplan and features comfortable furniture with a cozy Florida feel.

The master bedroom suite boasts a comfortable king size bed, television and beautiful bathroom with ample storage space while the second bedroom features two twin beds and large closet. There are also additional sleeping accommodations on the pull-out La-Z-Boy sofa with air mattress.

The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, coffee pot, blender and more. In addition, there is a washer and dryer for your convenience.

There are two living areas both furnished with televisions to watch your favorite shows or just space to unwind with family and friends.

Location
Conveniently located near major stores such as Walmart, Target, Publix and more. Enjoy fresh, local cuisine at a variety of restaurants Cape Coral has to offer or take a drive in to Fort Myers for an endless variety of dining choices.

Guest Access
Guests are given a key code to enter the home. Guests can access all areas of the home with the exception of a locked owner's closet and the front area of the garage.

Other Things to Note
-All doors and windows located behind the fence are equipped with alarms for your safety. Please make sure they are in the 'on' position and are operational.
-There are a number of large palm trees on the property Dash be aware they may shed their fronds.
-Quiet time is 10 PM - 7 AM.
-Four people are included in the rate-each additional person is $10 per night + tax.
-Pet fee is $20.00 per day with a one-pet limit.
-All pets must be crated when left alone.
-The pool is heated to 85 degrees. We understand each guest may have different preferences for pool temperature. If you would like the pool to be heated above 85 degrees, there will be a daily charge of $20.00. Please let us know if you'd like the pool temperature raised for your stay.

-Guests are not allowed to receive mail at this address.
