Baby shower

We stayed here to go to a family baby shower. The house was perfect for my family. My mom came with us, so we each had our own room, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

the only main concern was the bathtub was in poor shape the refinsh on the tub was coming off and it wasnt apealing to use

Zero Stars

If it were possible, I’d give this zero stars. We were ghosted by the host with absolutely no explanation or follow up. Booked this property for my family with young children. We travelled to Scranton, excited for our stay, and realized as the check in time was getting closer that we hadn’t received access instructions from the host yet. Messaged, called, had Vrbo’s agent try to get in touch with her. Nothing. Got a full refund and Vrbo’s agent was apologetic and as helpful as could be in the situation, but the host should be ashamed of herself.

Nice home. In the room explanations, I believe it listed 3 twins? There was only 2, but it didn't affect our stay. I would stay here again, host was great.

My stay was amazing. Beautiful home, fully supplied with everything!! Very clean, it actually looks alot better in person than in pictures. I’ll be definitely booking again when i decide to get away in the Scranton area

Very beautiful home

House was beautiful and serene. My bed was soooo comfy. Host was very efficient in helping with an infestation of ants that was under one of the couches. Had the neighbors come help clean them out and set up new traps

Property was as advertised

We enjoyed our stay at this house very much. While we basically utilized the house as a home base while we toured the area, it certainly provided all the comforts we were desiring. The living room was very comfortable and we enjoyed the very large tv. During our stay the weather was very hot but the house’s air conditioners work very well. We did not utilize the kitchen very much but noticed that it was well equipped with all one would need to prepare meals. The owner was very easy to contact and was available to answer questions if needed. He went above and beyond helping us retrieve a small bag that we had left behind. Overall, a very nice stay.

Great short stay

The home is cute and was comfortable for our needs. It was clean and decorated nicely and had everything we needed. TVs galore, air conditioning and outstanding enclosed sun porch. It was minutes away from the University of Scranton. We enjoyed our 3 day stay for our daughters graduation.

What a cute and cozy property. Exactly what our group wanted. Conveniently located to downtown and other local spots. Communication with owner was great. Highly recommended.

Failure; do not trust owner

With the property booked 4+ weeks in advance, paid for, with DMs to the owner; my family booked flights and my friends rented cars. 6 hours prior to check-in the owner told me they had another booked and cancelled. VRBO’s customer service was essentially, “ Here’s a refund, figure it out yourself.” Cannot trust the owner of the Scranton Property, Dhanushka W. Cannot rely on VRBO’s assistance. When the chips are down, they will fail you.
