Perfect Family and getaway townhome

Unwind at this stunning mountain environment. The house was lovingly decorated for you to make you feel at your own place. Everything you need is there. Enjoy the peaceful views since we have a trail right next to it. The house is located in the south of Denver, a perfect location to get away to the mountains. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute drive away, the area feels peaceful and secluded. This townhouse is waiting for you all.
The space
2 story townhouse, with all three bedrooms located on the top floor. Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, en-suite Master bedroom, and closet. Two additional secondary bedrooms both have queen-size beds. Additional full bathroom and laundry room are located on the upper level.
The main level included a modern kitchen, with quartz counter top, stainless steel appliances, backsplash, and additional dining table with TV.
Very spacious living and dining room areas with TV and comfortable sofa.
One cover garage and private face backyard.
The desirable location in a quiet community with exceptional walking and biking trails.

Good morning, this is what I sent to the owner and have received no response so I am thinking they don't really care.Good morning, I am not going to fill out an experience survey through VRBO because none of it would be good. To say that I was disappointed in the accommodations is an understatement. The first letter of the VRBO acronym is "Vacation" but just because people who stay at your place are on vacation does not make your house a vacation home. Who ever heard of a house with an attached garage that you can't enter from inside the house? Sleeps 6? If there were six adults there over the weekend where would you put 6 people in the living room to watch tv? On one couch? What is the reason for that huge dining room table and then a useless work desk in the corner? I think you need to work on the HVAC unit in the house to distribute the warm air downstairs so the thermostat responds quicker. The upstairs was sweltering while the lower level was cold. But there were extra blankets available to use while sitting downstairs, correct? No there wasn't. Ceiling fans in the bedroom(s) maybe? No bathroom on the first floor? I understand you may have had no control over the layout of the house but you shouldn't be passing it off as a vacation home. You shouldn't be working through VRBO, you should just be advertising as a short term rental space. I have rented many VRBO's and --------'s in the past and this is easily the most disappointing. Fantastic home for a couple or family. Wonderful neighborhood and access to shopping and major roads. The home was sparkling clean, comfortable beds, plush towels and beautiful kitchen. Host was timely with check in instructions. I highly recommend!

The kitchen was well equipped as were the two bathrooms. There was no shortage of anything that we needed. Since we brought our dog with us, we appreciated having the walking trail around the creek just outside the door. There is also a large grassy area just a few hundred feet away for taking care of “business”. The host was extremely prompt in all of our communications.

Very clean & comfortable. Could use some side tables for lamps in living room. Also there is a flight of stairs to use to get up to all bedrooms & bathrooms. So if your old might have issues.

Quick Denver trip

We had my wife and myself, 3 teenage girls and one under the age of 10. Having 2 bathrooms had its momemts with 4 girls, but by far was better than any hotel. The kitchen made up for that, they would’ve broke the bank with the amount of food they consumed. The property was immaculately clean. We enjoyed our stay and what the property had to offer

Suitable for our needs

This charming home met most of our needs, situated in a peaceful neighborhood and conveniently located for our purposes. While the property's location was ideal, potential guests should note that there is no bathroom on the ground floor, and the staircase to the second level is rather steep. My 78-year-old mother, who is fortunately still quite agile, managed the stairs without issue, but this could be challenging for those with limited mobility.

great family home

House was very clean, well maintained and easy to feel at home in. Wifi was fabulous (important for those members of my family to work from home) and access to television important for a wind down after our daily trips. Area is really nice and safe, and travel to various areas of Denver easily accessible. Owner communication was easy and quick, but I had no issues anyway. I would highly recommend this listing and would visit it again in the future.

Cherry Creek Gem

Would have given this property 10 stars if I could. Comfortable, beautifully decorated, clean and convenient to everything in Denver and surrounding areas. Host was available and responded quickly to any concerns or questions we had. Home was outfitted with everything you could need. The added bonus for us was access to the Cherry Creek Trails for hiking and biking. Beautiful trails that we hiked daily! We hope to stay there again in the future!

Host was amazing! Allowed us to check in early so we could attend a concert we had booked last minute. The house is absolutely adorable it had everything we needed, and was very clean and tidy! Perfect distance to all attractions. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!
