Completed in 2022, this gorgeous Mexico Beach getaway is ready to welcome you to luxe coastal living. Just steps from the beach, this all-new home is teeming with modern style and amenities equipped for family-friendly comfort. Complimentary beach chairs, sand toys, and two outdoor showers add convenience during your stay.

Enjoy cooling Gulf breezes from lower and upper-level decks or relax in the Florida Room furnished for outdoor living with a patio sectional and armchair.

The four-bedroom interior features a spacious open living area designed for group gatherings with plush sofa seating and a mounted smart TV for comfortable entertainment. The sparkling, fully equipped kitchen showcases gleaming counters and a full suite of modern stainless steel appliances (including two ovens) for handling family meal planning with ease. Extras include a Keurig machine and a full set of kids' dishes and utensils. The adjacent table sets the stage for dinners or game nights. All four bedrooms include their own smart TV for added convenience. Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

A ground-floor primary bedroom includes a private en suite bathroom. There is an additional half-bath located in the laundry room. All three upstairs bedrooms feature a private en suite bathroom. A children's bunk nook with dual bunk beds can be found in one of the upstairs bedrooms. A Pack 'n Play is provided for those traveling with little ones.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful house!
We had a wonderful stay! We had 12 people and there was plenty of room. The listing is pretty accurate but there are a few things I would suggest to the owners. -iron and ironing board -vacuum -dust pan -grass wasn’t mowed The property management was easy to get ahold of but they didn’t reply very fast. We had an issue that they did resolve, it just took a little longer than expected. Overall we would stay here again! The house is gorgeous and the beach is close!

Beach Vacation
First of all the house was perfect and the location was within walking distance to the white sand and beautiful ocean. We had everything for us and our grandchildren as if we were home. The house was perfectly decorated and and the screened in porch was perfect for the evenings just sitting around with the family. We had plenty of room to sleep and the kids loved the bunk beds. We loved the top balcony where you could see the ocean. The streets are very quiet and just a few blocks away is a small playground where we took the kids to run off some energy. We will definitely be back in the near future with more of our family. The homeowners definitely know how to make a house feel like home.

Magical Vacation
We had the best stay at Blue Ocean Breeze. They have thought of everything to make a family stay there as comfortable and easy as possible. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to make meals at home. Laundry room was amazing and right off the back porch to do a couple quick loads of beach towels, wet suits and clothes! The closed-in outdoor shower with hot water was amazing to have to rinse off after getting sandy at the beach. Speaking of the beach, it is a super short walk from the house and is super low key! We felt like we had it all to ourselves minus a few others here and there! Love the white, soft sand and that beautiful blue / green water! Sunsets were my favorite time of day. You can also see the water from the house! Our stay here was one of my favorite vacations we have had as a family. We didn’t need to pack much of anything thanks to the owners who had everything we needed- including a pack n play for our baby which usually takes up a huge amount of space in the car! There were also some fun games in the house for down time! They have everything decorated so nice and it just feels so cozy and home-like. It was very clean as well which is very important to us! 10/10 recommend a stay at Blue Ocean Breeze for an amazingly, peaceful & relaxing vacation with your family!
