Looking for a great beach family or friend vacation? Look no further!! “Latitude Adjustment” is the perfect place to make memories, relax, and just get away from it all. Gulf views from the home, and only a one minute walk to beautiful emerald waters and the pristine white sands of Mexico Beach await!
This brand new build, 2,400+ sq. ft home has 4 Bedrooms & 3.5 Baths located in Mexico Beach. This charming home features a spacious open floor plan on the main level with a gourmet, well-stocked kitchen that any travelling chef will appreciate. Two king master bedrooms with large private baths, an additional queen guest room, and bunk bed room with a twin over full and a twin-size trundle offer for a perfect multi-family setup. Beautifully landscaped, private backyard with an outdoor shower provides a nice finishing touch to the property. Help yourself to a fresh lime from our tree in the backyard to cap off that tropical drink and then sit back and enjoy the beautiful gulf view, tropical breezes, and stunning sunset from the lower and upper-level decks!

Mexico Beach is known for its beautiful beaches and charming, laid-back feel, and has something for everyone, including fishing and other water sports like kayaking, kiteboarding, and paddleboarding, to delicious seafood and shopping. Everyone will truly enjoy their time on the Forgotten Coast!

Interested in exploring the surrounding areas? Head to St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, located just a few miles away, where you can hike, bike, or paddle through the park's unspoiled natural beauty. Port St. Joe is just an 18 minutes drive and offers visitors golf at St. Joseph’s Bay Golf Club as well as several great restaurants and cute shops to explore. Panama City Beach is a 45 minute drive and offers multiple attractions, shopping and restaurants.

Home is even nicer than pictures showed and very clean. It was a very short walk to the beach which was clean and never crowded. Would for sure stay again and is great for families

This house is perfect for a family vacation! Very clean and modern with the perfect mix of coastal vibes. We really enjoyed the large balcony area for hanging out and listening to music and the kids loved the large back yard! The host was perfect and very welcoming. We will be coming back in the future!

A Week to Remember!!

The house is absolutely amazing and the owners are even better. I’ve never had a host that was more accommodating. when I say everything you need is there, I mean everything. The beach is a close, easy walk as well. We even got to top off our trip watching the fireworks on the fourth. I’m already planning our next trip!!
