Magnifique maison familiale entièrement meublée avec toutes les commodités que vous attendez chez vous. Construit en 1904 et magnifiquement restauré. Home a de jolis détails architecturaux tels que moulage en plâtre original, planchers de bois franc en pin cœur, portes-fenêtres s'ouvrant sur un magnifique porche où vous pouvez vous asseoir et savourer une tasse de café et expérimenter la Nouvelle-Orléans comme un nouvel orléanien !!! Charmante maison située dans un quartier classique, proche de nombreuses attractions telles que le parc / zoo / parcours de golf / courts de tennis d'Audubon. Le st. Charles Ave. tramway est à 3 rues à pied. Magazine historique st. est seulement 6 blocs. Zone très pratique avec un accès facile au centre-ville (universités Tulane & Loyola), Carrollton / Riverbend, au centre-ville / quartier des entrepôts et au quartier des jardins historiques et au quartier français. Des centaines de restaurants en quelques minutes. Les chambres sont indépendantes (CE N'EST PAS UNE MAISON SHOTGUN) et il y a un canapé-lit qui permet à 2 personnes supplémentaires de dormir (maison pour 6 personnes au total). laveuse / sécheuse est à l'intérieur pour votre commodité. Accueil a une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine appropriés, micro-ondes, cafetière et mixeur.

Close to everything with very quiet neighbors. The house was beautiful filled with old New Orleans charm but with a modern amenities. The front porch is a perfect place to sit with a glass of wine, chat with friends, and enjoy watching the geckos running around. The backyard is a nice place to sit and enjoy the sounds of the water fountain and birds. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great house and convenient uptown location walkable to Audubon Park. Living room is so relaxing with lots of CD’s to choose from to set the mood. Comfy beds, great floor plan. Yard and outdoor kitchen are amazing—sadly, rainy weather prevented us from using them— next time! If super cleanliness is your thing, you might be a bit bothered but overall it was perfectly fine for us and anything we needed (like toilet paper) was easy to get at the market across the street. Would definitely stay again :)

It was great for a family trip. Close enough to walk to the trolley, grocery store across the street was very convenient, the CD player was a fun experience for kids to pick out CDs, and it had the New Orleans vibe. Would recommend.

This is a great place. Very convenient for us visiting friends and family and would stay again. Good layout, good kitchen, lots of space for everyone. Only complaints are that the split-system heater in the primary bedroom was very noisy, and the mattresses are sort of B- quality. But the linens were good, pillows fine too. Very nice to have the keurig pods for a quick cup.

The house was very clean, comfortable, great location. We had a small hiccup with the AC system, couldn’t figure out how to change the temperature, but our host responded right away to our voicemail and problem solved. Would highly recommend this beautiful home!

Great location!

This house offered a great location and New Orleans experience. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen had everything that we needed. The location is very convenient, and the grocery store across the street is a gem.

A great location for a walkable visit to New Orleans

This is a great spot, groceries super close by and short walk to some great restaurants. Lots of room both in the house and the backyard to stretch out and visit.
