The hot tub was great, but the hot tub cover needs replacing it’s old, worn out and hard to open. Everything else was fantastic! It’s a fairly big space for a first floor apartment! Our host was very kind and let us do an early check-in. The only thing I would add is some extra blankets in the closets.

We just loved this place! Plenty of space and very welcoming! When we were not sightseeing, we were relaxing in the home! Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and just about everything you would need. Definitely would stay here again!

We had an excellent experience. The host was incredibly helpful and a great/prompt communicator. The location is terrific. Close enough for a short Uber/Lyft to get to the French Quarter or other main attractions, yet tucked away on a quiet street in a very cool neighborhood. The streetcar is a short walk, and is incredibly easy and enjoyable to take along St. Charles street to get around town. We had four adults, each with their own bedroom (including the Den with a comfortable pull-out sofa bed). The apartment is very well designed, with all of the amenities you might need. Highly recommended!

Spacious, inviting apartment in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for groups who want to be close enough, and far enough away from it all when you want to be. Everything was as advertised or better. Highly recommended!

We love this place. The kitchen/pantry was awesome. The space throughout the entire place was incredible. So much character. It was immaculately clean. A lot of parking space. Very quiet neighborhood. Hosts were very engaging. Close to many great eateries. Would highly recommend this place and we would stay there again.

Our stay here was one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had! Very fast and friendly responses from the owner, super cute, very comfortable, and clean!! Would definitely stay again if I’m in New Orleans again! Fell in love with the decor! Check-in was super easy and the space was very spacious and well laid out for our family and our friends family! Our toddlers had lots of room to run around and play and we could easily hear them and see them from the living area. Perfect place to stay on a family vacation, again would definitely stay again and very much recommended for any traveler!

Great spot with lots of room for our family to spread out and get comfortable for our holiday visit to New Orleans. Felt like it was just ten minutes from every pace we wanted to go. Only slight negative is that it is a basement unit and the ceilings are not super tall. Only an issue for my 6’2” giant teenager. :)

The perfect home away from home in NOLA! Spacious, beautiful decor, and immaculate. Beds were comfortable, and the living room/dining room was perfect for family meals and visits. Well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Safe street parking, and a short walk to the streetcar, grocery store, and other amenities. The A/C worked perfectly (we were there on heat advisory days) and there were plenty of lamps and light which brightened the first-floor apartment. Katrina was a helpful and responsive host.

Wonderful Place to Stay

This is such a clean & comfortable place to stay! The host was very helpful in helping us navigate the local area & the house was just right for our group of 3 adults & 4 teenagers. We were there for a tournament at the convention center & this was a perfect location for an easy commute in the mornings and afternoons. I’d highly recommend anyone staying here’

Cute & good location

We enjoyed our stay at the right place, it was spacious and clean with everything we needed. The ceilings are a little low so if you're very tall you might not be as comfortable. My only issue with our stay was difficulty finding the right lighting for putting on my makeup, if you want to doll up bring a lite up vanity mirror. We had no trouble parking on the street and the host is very sweet. We would stay here again for sure!
