This is a perfect hideaway for up to two overnight guests, situated between the Dana Point Marina and Downtown Laguna Beach. Overlooking the Monarch Beach Golf Course (public), across the street from the Waldorf Astoria Resort, and down the street from the Ritz Carlton Resort, our two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is fully equipped with a newly updated kitchen. We have a pool and a heated spa within our community for swimming, sunbathing, and relaxation. When not taking in the ocean view sunset from the patio, please make use of one of our three smart TVs or play one of our board games. Additionally, please utilize our fully equipped kitchen to prepare a gourmet meal or host a BBQ on our patio, complete with a gas grill. In sum. relax, refresh, and enjoy!

Dana Point

Condo was very comfortable and had everything one could need. Really enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the patio. Great location to walking trails to Salt Creek Beach, golfing and other amenities. Great place to stay. No stairs.

We are so happy the Sylvia enjoyed her stay at our place in Dana Point. She took adavantage of the many walking and hiking routes available and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from our patio. We hope she will return next year.

Great experience

Fred is a wonderful host. We loved the location and layout of the property. Great unobstructed view. The unit comes equipped with everything you need. All the appliances are new and up to date. Highly recommend.

WOW! What a find!

Getting up in the morning and gazing over Monarch Bay Golf Course and the ocean is such a zen experience. We walk across the street to the Waldorf Astoria and have a sunset cocktail with music and fire pits. Fabulous coffee and beer place down the street called Project Social that is very local. 10 mins from Dana Point Harbor with tons of restaurants and a great place to get your 10,000 steps.The furnishings are darling with a contemporary flair and the light is really stunning. I especially like the lights on the hill above the beach as they come up at Sunset. This condo is very safe and all the neighbors are sweet and helpful. Pacific Coast Highway is up the street and south Laguna Beach is moments away. This place has it all.

The unit itself was ok although it needed to have some basic maintenance done with showers, bathroom fixtures etc. And the location was great. But the reason we gave it a negative rating was the constant noise from the unit above. The owner had grand kids - all boys - staying there the entire month running back and forth on the hardwood floors day and night. It continued until late at night, 11 pm one night. Fred contacted the owner but it didn’t help. We talked to them twice but it continued off and on for the entire month. If not for that we would have enjoyed the unit. But we won’t rent again.

We are so sorry that Steve experienced noise issues. We have been in contact with the owners and they sincerely and deeply regretted that the noise impacted Steve's stay. If the grandkids visit in the future (they live abroad), we will ensure that this problem does not happen again. We were also able to deal with the bathroom fixtures as soon as the problem was reported to us. I hope that Steve will reconsider and be a guest in our unit again.

I'm Fred. My wife Julie and I have owned this property since it was built. It has always been a vacation property for ourselves, our children and our grandchildren. We updated the kitchen, living areas and bedrooms right before COVID, but since then our vacation plans have taken us abroad and to other places in the US. So, we decided to share our wonderful place-away-from-home with others who can enjoy the beach life of Southern California.

We chose this particular location because it is near downtown Dana Point and the Dana Point Marina and just minutes away from Laguna Beach. These are fun places to visit and there are numerous beaches to explore. My passion is running and our location has provided me the opportunity to run from our home to Salt Creek Beach and also take advantage of the canyon trails a quarter mile away from the gate to our community. Those enjoying water sports have many options available at the Dana Point Marina and there is the historic Monarch Golf Course just steps away from our condo.
