Super endroit! Près du port de Dana Point, près de tout ce que Dana Point a à offrir, de bons restaurants, du shopping, du paddle et des activités de navigation de plaisance à gogo.
Situé dans la communauté très recherchée de Monarch Beach. Récemment rénové, magnifique unité de bain 2 chambres 2, appareils en acier inoxydable, y compris lave-vaisselle, cuisinière, four, micro-ondes et réfrigérateur, lit queen dans la chambre, télévision dans le salon Câble, WIFI, buanderie sur place. L'unité vient avec 1 parking couvert et beaucoup de places de parking. Comptoirs en granit et armoires de style Shaker. Cette unité a un climatiseur central, un radiateur, une cafetière, un mixeur, un grille-pain, un four grille-pain, une batterie de cuisine complète, de la vaisselle, etc. Décoré avec une atmosphère détendue de plage. Serviettes de plage, chaises de plage et parasol inclus. Draps complets.

We enjoyed our time at this nicely decorated, clean and spacious condo. It was perfect for our family of six. Enough places to sleep and relax. Quiet area and close to my favorite beach and shopping areas. My only suggestion would be to add a few more towels. We didn’t quite have enough. Thanks for the relaxing stay.

Our Dana point stay was really nice. no problems with the property. I didn’t enjoy washing all the bed linens before departure. First time I had to do that with vrbo. Anyway lovely condo in a great location. I would recommend it to a friend.

Location, Location!

Quiet 'hood minutes from DP beaches, restaurants, parks. Clean apartment on ground level. Comfy primary bed. Good seating. Well appointed kitchen. Nice community pool. Fantastic views from secluded hot tub area. Second bedrom is ok. Tub inserts were clean but a little tired. Overall a good stay.

Perfect for our stay!

Loved the condo. This was our second time staying in this condo complex. We were in town for OhanaFest - we had 6 adults total. Manny's condo was nicely updated. The beds comfortable. I gave it four stars because we had a couple issues with the freezer beeping and with the smoke alarm beeping - both fixable things, but were a little annoying. That being said, our group would rent the condo again. We loved it.

The property is amazing. iT is in a nice location and safe gated community. Honestly it’s a great place to stay except the bathtub was dirty and the bed making so much noises especially the bunk beds. I reached out to the owner to let him know that the bath tub is filthy. I let him decide if he want to send someone to clean. he decided not to. that’s okay. I managed. I have to wear sandal to take a shower. the furniture is nice but poor quality. the couch was dirty so much crumbs everywhere we have to wash everything before we go so there’s NO POINT for a cleaning FEE 180. I never have someone make us do that. the closet is nice but it’s so much DUST. I literally have to spray myself with antihistamine to relieve the dust. it was pretty heavy whoever clean that place they did POOR job. also the sheet was inside out. that’s the sign of poor cleaning. aside from that everything was good. parking is good right up front. calm neighborhood. we had to checked out one day early bc I can’t stand the bathtub. sound excessive but also the dust was heavy that i feel like that inhale them deep.

Not as advertised and gross

The apartment (which is what it looks and feels like) sits directly facing the parking lot and all car ports. It’s very noisy and your view is of cars parking in and out (not nice cars either) and their headlights blaring into the house. No outside area to sit or play or hang out at the subject itself. Everything in the kitchen was dirty, gross and not usable. The AC was LOCKED out also and it was so hot and humid I actually left and checked into a hotel for my stay! Shame on you for making it look like something is isn’t.

It’s a condo no front & backyard it’s in our property description It’s not a Main Street that’s make noise , last 5 years never ever got a complaint It’s has a playground, heated pool with ocean view We clean all dishes, when guest left AC was not locked, you can just turn the non & set according to your wish. Too many problems

My wife and I needed a place to stay for a month between escrows closing. We have been VRBO owners for the past 4 years, so we know how things should be. At arrival, my wife immediately knew that it was a mistake to live here. Shall I start--Unclean floors, drawers, and linens. Luckily we had our own linens and used them. Cable TV did not work. A sliding door did not work. Five vertical blinds were broke or missing. Owner's food was left in the kitchen and fridge and did not smell good. Owners stored their stuff in the closets, leaving us less room for ours. The bath sinks could not be stoppered. The bed frame is a total danger to one's shins. One bath had a loose toilet seat, no waste basket or toilet brush. Kitchen utensils are sparse and no fresh sponge. Both shower's H/C controls were extremely difficult to move, and my wife nearly scalded herself. The washing machine smelled moldy. I know it is not my own house, but come on. What really is poor is that the owner is not local and is still trying to manage it himself. No one is there to come over and see the problems and correct them. I had to manage the repairs or do them myself. He even gave me some push back with the TV since it had been working 3 days earlier when he was there. Wound up the cable had a bad connection. It took a second call because it was never set up right and I don't know how he did not realize how screwed up it was, and let it continuously malfunction. He did call his cleaning service who came over the next day and swept up a baseball size of dirt and long black hairs in just one room. We had to clean the floors daily because it had a layer of waxy substance on it; and washed all the kitchen items, throws, etc because we did not trust their cleanliness. I must say he tried to be responsive to some of the issues, but really could not do it from afar. All aside that which could be corrected, there is no garage just a carport; only one TV in the living room; and a poorly equipped kitchen for one staying as long as we had to. It is a gated community and seemed safe, which is important to us. We could not wait for escrow to close on our new place and luckily we were able to leave 8 days early.

I want to take this opportunity to respond to Mr Ingram, whom I feel is misleading my future customers by writing this review. He called me on 03/23/2019 asking to see the house, I agreed, and I waited 4 hours, no show or reply from him. He just left me hanging, then he moved in the next business day. Immediately, he started complaining and nit-picking every single thing about the condo. One after another, he requested a "Pasta Spoon & pasta bowl", more deep cleaning, , even though I had the home deep cleaned right before he moved in. He complained about the sliding door, which works perfectly, He complained if one blind was out of place, about the shower knob being to hard to use, while he was there he called my cable company and ordered HBO on my account and didnt pay for it nor did I charge him. I fulfilled all of his requests & I spent over $500.00 on unnecessary things to make him happy. I tried to be nice to him as my guest, even though I feel he was going out of his way to make problems. I have complained against him to VRBO . I have always received a 5 star review, he is the only client we have had that was unhappy with everything.

Well located, secure property. Had fast access to beach and dining/shopping. Perfect location for the wedding we were attending at a nearby venue. Bathrooms were not prepped with supplies for 6 although Manny fast to respond where additional towels were kept! The requirement to wash all laundry (sheets/towels) or be charged an additional $40 fee was unexpected and not included in the original contract. We left the laundry but were refunded the entire deposit amount so the comments from previous guests were taken to heart by the owner. Thank you! Would have made a nice trip very chaotic at the end.

Beautiful and relaxing along with some funny cleaning responsibilties

We loved our stay at Monarch Beach! Everything was clean. Bedrooms, dining area and living room were all very comfortable. Having a washer and dryer on site was also so helpful. The only downside is the bizarre amount of cleaning you are asked to do even though you are charged a cleaning fee. Nothing says “your vacation is officially over” like waking up early to wash all the linens and towels in order to not be charged and out the door by 11am. Even my husband looked over the “rules” of the property and laughed at just how many there were. Overall it’s a beautiful location!

Great vacation stay

It was very comfortable and in quick access to local shopping center and food. (Walking distance) The only problem was the parking, they have recent construction on the parking lot, so the eliminates many spots because of the work that’s being done. Very clean and refreshing modern look to the VRBO. I would recommend and stay again. Great communication with the owner, quick response every time.

Monarch Beach Condo Summer Vacation 2018

We visited SoCal for the first time, myself, two daughters, and my mother. Overall our reviews are slightly mixed but on average around a 4 star. We really liked the property and enjoyed our stay alot. We will be back next summer. Pros: Location was really good. Within 10 minutes of everything we needed including the beach, restaurants, shops, grocery store, etc. Security was excellent, with a gate and guard onsite at all times. There is a very nice pool and hottub on premises, with a small gym available as well. The complex itself is very nice and felt safe at all times. The condo was nicely decorated, especially the living room which had more than ample "living space".; the furniture was comfortable and entertainment sufficient. Large wrap around deck with 3 separate entryways was very cool. Beds were relatively comfortable and there were plenty of towels and sheets. Washer and dryer in the condo was convenient. Landlord/owner was very friendly and helpful Cons: There were only two chairs for the deck and no tables. We would recommend getting some inexpensive but nice patio furniture. Light from outdoors was not blocked sufficiently in the guest room making sleeping a bit difficult--perhaps some curtains to help block the light. The guest room could use a small table/nightstand between beds, and maybe another small dresser to share. The dresser in the main bedroom was huge and perfect. I would like to see a few more kitchen supplies. Lastly, the requirement to wash all laundry (sheets/towels) made checkout by 11am quite difficult. I would recommend striking this requirement or moving checkout time to noon. We literally had to wake up by 7am in order to get all laundry done in time.
