Jlyn, in four years of hosting this property and welcoming hundreds of guests, this is the first time I’ve found it necessary to respond to a review, and also the first that has not been 5 stars. We take pride in maintaining a clean, well-cared-for home, which is reflected in our long history of positive guest experiences. Unfortunately, this stay resulted in extensive damage to the property, missing items, and conditions that required significant cleaning and repair following checkout. This is not representative of how our home is typically treated, nor the standard we uphold for our guests. The situation has been thoroughly documented and addressed through the appropriate channels. Out of respect for future hosts, we would strongly encourage careful consideration before accepting a booking from this guest. We remain committed to providing a consistently high-quality experience for our guests.
