Vous êtes littéralement à quelques pas de l'océan avec votre propre cour herbeuse qui s'étend de notre patio surdimensionné ... parfait pour les enfants. Vous êtes au premier rang pour AMAZING SUNSETS. Le condo est équipé d'une cuisine complète avec tous les appareils en acier inoxydable et des comptoirs en granit, Wi-Fi, A / C, ligne téléphonique, télévision par satellite, et un téléviseur plasma de 50 pouces. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec matelas moelleux oreiller, portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent à la terrasse et le câble sur TV à écran plat. La salle de bains d'invité a les lavabos doubles de vanité et les deux bains ont des douches de type spa donnant sur la mer de Cortez. Regardez le lever du soleil sur la mer de Cortez en prenant votre douche du matin!

La deuxième chambre a deux lits queen avec matelas à plateau-coussin, et de grands placards. Le canapé sectionnel construit sur mesure dans la salle familiale comprend un grand lit gigogne. La terrasse avec le gril à gaz et grande zone de détente décontractée est parfaite pour divertir la famille et les amis. Les vues sont incroyables de ce point de vue et les couchers de soleil sont tout simplement magnifiques. Pêche sportive au cabo
Lorsque nous avons acheté le Sol 101, il comprenait un très bon super panga pour la pêche sportive. Le bateau est maintenant géré par notre ami mexicain local, le capitaine Juan Ramirez à la marina de Cabo San Lucas, où il fait des excursions de pêche avec une spécialité de pêche à la mouche et de pêche à la mouche. Pour cette raison, nous pouvons offrir à nos clients des réductions sur les voyages de pêche à la demi-journée et à la journée. Perfect location and space for family

We had a great time both in the condo/ resort and exploring Cabo Baja area. This condo is located in the best corner of the resort - right on the beach and next to the pool.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this property. Even that we book it again for this summer. They are correct when they say that this is the best location for the whole facility. Very comfortable beds and the whole place is very well maintained. It made us feel at home.

Great location!

We stayed at the end of June'24. We had wonderful weather, and the hotel amenities next door were wonderful to have so close to our doorstep. We had some loud and disruptive construction above us for two days but the owners of the unit were very responsive and tried to help as best they could. A wonderful place for families to gather and make wonderful memories.

Cozy, gorgeous beach front condo

Stayed was from 2/18/16 -2/25/16. My wife and I and another couple stayed at this condo for my birthday. Very clean, well appointed beach/ocean front condo in a amazing condo complex. Owners were great (onsite to address any question that came up). Condo is close to Cabo and San Jose. Would stay here again.

Beautiful views and great location

The location for this condo is amazing - right on the beach and the views are beautiful. The place was super clean and nicely stocked kitchen to be able to cook. Would definitely recommend this place to stay! Also the transportation company they recommended to and from the airport was awesome and super responsive. The staff at the hotel was great and super friendly. Only recommendation I have would be to include a book with instructions on how things work within the condo - how you access the gym, maybe restaurants nearby or in the hotel, how to use AC etc, where pool towels are…wasn’t anything to help guide you around.

Paradise in Cabo

Beautiful place right on the beach. We come often to Cabo and we always stay at Zoetry Casa del Mar, we know the property very well and everything is fantastic. This was our first time in this condo and it is beautiful. The view is amazing, you feel you are swimming in the ocean looking from the kitchen. It has a big patio with a grill ready to be used, right in front the patio you find a big area with grass were the kids were running around playing. Also, is located steps away from the main pool were you can relax, enjoy a drink and have a meal. In case you like to cook, you can find a well stocked kitchen. In addition, spices, olive oil, sugar, water and anything you may need are available for you to be used. The beach is not swimmable, but if you like to walk, 15 minutes away, right across the Hilton is a swimmable beach, adults and kids can enjoy it. Also, 10 minutes by car you find the Chileno Beach, great for snorkeling and swimming, also kids friendly. I truly recommend this condo. I believe Casa del Mar is the best of the Corridor area and the condo was just perfect for us.

OVERALL, A BIT DISAPPOINTING

We rent through VRBO every year and this is the first time I have given less than 5-star reviews. There were some pleasures, but in terms of value, it failed miserably. Trying to contact owners for clarification on some items was extremely difficult. Finally VRBO had to get involved and I was given a phone number to contact the owner directly. Arrival was stressful for us. We rented a car and simply finding the complex was difficult. Once on the property, it was hard to find anyone who knew where the condo was or how to gain access. There is a code needed to open the front door, which we weren't given. As we paid a very high rate for this rental, my expectations were high. The condo is nicely situated on the property but is quite small. The kitchen is okay for one, but too small for two. The china was scant and mismatched. My general sense is this condo needs the owner’s attention. Lights were mismatched or were without bulbs, and kitchen items need to be updated. Many of these issues could have been avoided if the owners had made the effort to advise us beforehand. There was no “Welcome” information in the condo, which is usually standard in VRBO rentals. We managed but had to figure most things out with frustrating trial and error This includes lights outside, working the TV, and a/c, etc. The location is in the middle of lots of other beachside hotels between San Jose and San Lucas, with no restaurants or shops nearby I can't really recommend this property

Relaxing trip

Wonderful stay.. the unit was lovely and exactly like pictured. There was construction happening during our stay, but we were forewarned about that and only happened during specified times. Plenty of pools would definitely go back!

Wonderful time

We had a very nice experience while staying in this property. We knew in advance of the renovation noise and honestly it was only one day of loud noise for part of the day. The rest of the days were almost not noticeable. I’m sure it was the heaviest part they had to do that particular day. The property is just as shown in the app and whenever there was a question Josh and Isaac took care very quickly. We preferred to prepare our own meals for the most part and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds and pillows were wonderful and being just steps from the beach made our vacation splendid.

What a beautiful condo and resort!!

What an amazing stay!! Outdoor patio was our favorite place. The kids could walk right out from the patio to the pool in less than a minute and of course the ocean view. Wifi works well too. Comfortable beds and clean!

In 2002, we visited Casa del Mar after seeing it highlighted on the travel channel. It was perfect for our kids so we bought what we feel is the best location on one of the best properties in all of Cabo. Where else can you watch whales from your patio, grill fresh caught Dorado ( mahi) and fall asleep to the lullaby of a pounding surf.

Its location, location, location plus luxury at its finest! Ask for a pick up at the airport and to set up a day of fishing for Marlin, Dorado and Tuna! World class golf at Cabo Real is just across the road and can be set up at the Hotel Concierge. We now offer a 3 bedroom option with the adjoining 1 bedroom condo Sol 102. Let us know if your group needs more space! There is nothing like it on the ground level with a walkout to the beach!
