Yount Ridge Estates rests on 15 acres with some of the most stunning views of the Napa Valley. Just a 5 minute drive from town yet a short drive up the hillside for your to enjoy our 180 degree views of the Valley. The perfect blend of convenience and seclusion.

The estate provides ample space for connection, wellness, entertainment and relaxation. The dinning room offers a massive 10 person dinning table, the 2nd floor pool table, smart tv and Sonos sound systems combined provide the ultimate entertaining experience and the lower and roof top decks offer the ambiance to connect and enjoy your vacation time with your guests, family and friends.

*PLEASE NOTE the property currently has construction ongoing in the backyard scheduled for completion by end of August. Crews are absent on weekends, holidays, and select days. The entire home is open and available for use still.

Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount paid. Cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, get back 50%. Less than 14 days will not get a refund.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 cars but it is a steep driveway to take note of

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
We expect that you will treat our house as your own and respect your surroundings. While your nearest neighbor is out of sight, we expect you will keep outside noise to reasonable levels.

Outdoor amplified sound shall not be allowed at any time associated with a vacation rental per our Napa County Code of Conduct.
Note: Quiet hours must be observed between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.

Check in is at 4:00pm, check out is 10:00am, if you arrive before or check out late guests are subject to an hourly fee.

Events of any kind are not permitted in accordance to the Napa County Code of Ordinances Failure to do so will result the security deposit returned to host, a negative renter review and potential ban from future rental of our properties.
