For weekly rentals, check-in days are Saturday to Saturday, Mini weeks are available any day of the week for check-in with 3 nights stay minimum.

This property comfortably sleeps 10 people, so bring the whole family! A twin-size cot or air mattress is available for extra accommodations.

The building offers a secure, self-check-in lobby with an elevator. Once inside the unit, you can enjoy a wide open floor plan that includes a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a granite countertop with a breakfast bar; a dining area; a spacious living room with high-end furniture including a queen pulled-out sofa beds (sleep 2) and a gas fireplace for those colder nights; along with an entertainment system that the whole family can enjoy. Step out to a calming canal view on our private balcony, a spacious laundry room with washer/dryer/additional cabinets just in case you need to do a quick load.

The sleeping quarters include 3 very spacious bedrooms. The Master bedroom offers a king bed (sleep 2) Flat screen TV, and private access to the waterfront balcony, along with a private bath with granite countertop vanity, standing shower, AND a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is a quiet retreat with a queen bed and sliding door that opens up to a waterfront balcony. The third bedroom has a twin on a full bunk bed with a twin trundle (sleep 4). The second bathroom has a large granite vanity and a tub/shower combo. All rooms have their own Smart TVs with Comcast cable TV and streaming Netflix service.

Beach essentials located in our separate locked storage room including a beach wagon, chairs, beach umbrella, buggy boards, sand toys, and many other beach accessories are available on-site. Our place is fully equipped with everything you and your family need for that perfect vacation!

We Do Not Allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY - No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored. Sorry, Pets are NOT permitted. There is NO Smoking or vaping allowed on the property.

Parking Notes: Parking is available for two vehicles in assigned marked parking spots for our unit. We also have off-the-street parking on a first come first serve basis.
