Not a bad spot. It was just falsely advertised with a hot tub as an amenity as well as a jetted jacuzzi style tub in suite. I was later informed by the management company that it hadnt worked in over 20 years. This was over priced for what we got. Worst part is the agency wouldn’t admit fault and tried to blame Vrbo. I would skip this rental company and it’s locations.

Hello Steven, I am very sorry to hear you were disappointed in the condo or the accommodations. I have reviewed the listing to be sure of accuracy and we absolutely do not have this property listed as having a hot tub, as stated directly in the description "You can stroll to the Beach for some fun in the sun, or feel the Bay Breezes while you lounge by the Rooftop Pool. Or try your hand at a little fishing from the 200 ft. Pier! The 125 foot Private Bayfront Beach is a rarity  - both kids and parents alike will love the calm water and lack of big waves. " Also, the tub is described as a "spa-like soaking tub" There is no mention of jets for the tub. I do apologize for any confusion this may have caused, I do hope that in spite of these items, your family was able to enjoy the condo and the great location for your family vacation. We had a wonderful stay here. The view is amazing. The condo is huge, clean and beautiful. It is a quick walk to the beach. The rooftop pool was perfect. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the bay.

Great Vacation

The property was just as advertised. Great communication with the owners. Check in was very easy. The property was clean and the location was great. Would definitely recommend to others and stay there again.

Great location overall but much work needs done. Water filter on fridge needed changed and water tasted bad. Reported on day 2 of stay and was not corrected before we left. Microwave did not always start. Neither did the dishwasher. Which was evident since multiple dishes had food chunks and lip prints remaining on them. The Two large beds need replaced- extremely uncomfortable. And much furniture in the living room/dining room needed updated/had tears or stains. Even the fireplace was held together by electrical tape. Master bathroom had leftover hair on check in around bathtub and in drawers. Again, the location and main building was ideal and gorgeous. Friends stayed in another unit and did not have the same experience we did.

Perfect location and stay - 2 families stay

Everything was perfect ! It’s a great location and perfect for two families to share ! Amazing patio to have morning coffee on ! There was so much to do in the area ! The communication about the rental was seamless and easy. We highly recommend this place and will be back to stay again ! It was absolutely immaculate and well stocked for anything you could need ! Great Condo

This place is fantastic. The pictures probably undersell it a bit. The place was very clean, has great options with the bay, ocean, and pool. If you have an event at the convention center, you can’t beat this location.

Bay view is everything

We enjoyed our time on vacation so much! This property was perfect for our family group and many details were not overlooked. We had a early bedtime for littles so the adults had many opportunities to take in the sunset from the balcony!

Wonderful stay on the bay

This was a great property to stay at, especially since you were unsure whether we should take vacation this year due to COVID-19. The condo was very inviting and homey and we spent most of our time there when we weren't on the beach. We did not want to be out and about like we normally are and this was a great place for our vacation. The balcony overlooking the bay was just beautiful.

Overall description

The place was exactly what I thought it would be, very nice and spacious. The pictures were accurate. It was nice being on the bayside, having the dock and beautiful sunsets and the walk to the beach was not bad. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance also.

Beautiful & spacious

The property could use a utility cart or luggage cart for the more senior guests to transport luggage & coolers to their condo. Our condo was beautifully decorated & very spacious. We had plenty of room for the 5 of us, just wish we had nicer weather.

Great condo

This is a huge beautiful condo with great views of the bay. The bedrooms are far apart so it’s very private. Our only issue was the lock on the front door. It was keyless and wouldn’t lock when we tried to leave. They finally gave us the code to the lock box with the actual key. They need to replace it so future visitors don’t have the same issues. Otherwise, we would totally stay here again. It was perfect!

Loved it!

So many good things about our stay here!!! First of all the pictures are accurate of how the condo actually looks! Very roomy, clean, and updated, no weird musty smell like some water front hotels lol The view during the sunsets was amazing and the little private beach was nice to relax and let the kids play and super cool to see the horseshoe crabs at night! A short walk across the street to the ocean and close to gift shops and restaurants. Overall really great location and size for the price! Almost forgot to mention we felt safe here there was codes for access to the stairs and elevator and very QUIET and family friendly! Also, great communication with the company that rents it out, very professional and accommodating! They made sure our vacation was enjoyable! :)

Covid family vacation

The unit was large and spacious, beautiful views of the bay. 1-1/2 blocks to the beach. Also a small beach & dock outside with the condo. The property manager was great to work with.

A change of scenery from our quarantine

Our original week was in the spring but we were unable to make it due to quarantine. The rental agency was very helpful in changing our dates. We were quite pleased with the rental process and our stay

Great vacation

I almost don't want to give a good review because it was so perfect, I want it to be available when I want it! The place was great, clean, beautiful, spacious... just awesome! We would love to stay again. Check-in was easy, just too late because of the rules, and check-out easy but too early.
