Come stay with us in our large, nicely decorated, duplex apartment (2292 sq. ft.), is located in a small private complex of only 15 units with a shared swimming-pool, gated parking and a delicious pastry shop (Fabrica Velha) below.

The complex is a short (5 minute) walk to the Carvoeiro center shops, restaurants, bars, pubs, supermarkets and the picturesque Carvoeiro beach, one of the most photographed in the central Algarve!

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child.

Entrance to the property is via a large sun terrace with outdoor dining furniture - perfect for al fresco dining on the warm Algarve evenings - with patio doors and main door entrance leading to the lounge/dining area.

The apartment is spaciously set out on two floors, separated by a spiral staircase from the lounge area.

The LOWER FLOOR consists of the open-plan lounge with 2 sofas and a large smart TV and dining area with a new dining table and chairs and a small office desk area.

Off this is a double bedroom with (new Mattress and topper), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, large fridge, oven and ample pots, pans and cutlery.

The ground floor also features a utility room with washing-machine and a bathroom complete with shower, toilet and wash basin.

The UPPER FLOOR consists of a double bedroom (new Mattress and topper), a twin bedroom, a single bed in the library (for a 7th person) and a full equipped bathroom with a bath/shower, toilet and a wash basin.

The twin and double bedrooms on this level share a large and very private sun terrace with two sun beds accessed by patio doors.

Car hire is not necessary if you plan on staying in town, however the apartment has a private gated car park for those who wish to hire a car to explore all the great beaches that the Algarve has to offer.

The top bakery café is also part of the condominium complex and it's so great to wake up to the smell of their freshly baked treats!

With a GREAT location, 3 large and comfortable rooms, fiber optic wi-fi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen, secure location, swimming-pool, Casa Nelly is the ideal place to stay in the heart of Carvoeiro!

Property in good location, easy access to town. Accommodation was light and very airy. Property was fully functional, the kitchen was well equipped which was a particular need of ours and there was adequate space for the family. It did however feel a little tired, not quite as fresh as the images portrayed, we feel it is in need of some TLC. The property was very clean on arrival and the hosts were exceptional at communicating and met all our needs and answered all our questions. Sonia was most helpful.

Apartment exactly as described, short walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants and bars a few mins away. Yet apartment area is quiet so really is the best of both Worlds. Easily accessible

Loved the bakery below and ease of accessibility to restaurants, the beach and boardwalk. The bed on main floor was hard and uncomfortable. We slept in the upstairs bed which was more comfortable with lots of space and a balcony. Keep in mind the spiral staircase if you are staying in the upstairs bedroom. Communication with property manager was great and the kitchen was well stocked which was a wonderful bonus. We didnt realized that it's located on a busy one way street into Carvoeiro so it's a bit noisy with cars speeding through all night long.

Great Stay in Carvoeiro

Plenty of space, clean and well-equipped. Sonia, who managed check-in, was very helpful and the whole experience was straightforward. The pool was lovely and very welcome in the hot weather. Lots of great beaches nearby and the apartment is easy walking distance to Carvoeiro beach and restaurants.

We've just returned from a 2 weeks stay in Casa Nelly and found the house to have everything we could need for a family holiday. Wonderful apartment. Everything you need is there. Beds comfy, bathrooms clean, kitchen stocked with utensils and plastics as good as your own home, towels clean and good quality. Instructions for entry and communication with owner clear and easy to follow. Short walk to beach and great pool in complex. Highly recommended.

Perfect holiday

We had a great stay for 1 month in January with our family. Danielle and Matt were super friendly and arranged for us everything we needed for our youngest child( 3 months old). During our stay if we had any questions we could always contact Sonia and she would help us immediatedly. We van really recommand this appartement!

Highly recommend Casa Nelly fornyour stay in Carveoiro. Our 5th visit to the area but our 1st stay in Casa Nelly and we will be back. Duolex had everyrhing we needed. A perfect place to stay

We have had a very good vacation in this appartement, it was clean and there was nothing missing in the appartement. And the pittoresque village was beautiful with a lot's of restaurants. Many of the apartment accommodations in town have 50 to 100 units each. We love Casa Nelly because there are only 15 units (spread across 2 buildings) in the complex with very secure gate access to the apartments and car park. The smell of fresh bread every morning is also sure to send you sweet dreams!
