Dear Olga, Thank you for your review Olga. We always try to accommodate late check-out requests whenever possible unfortunately, it wasn't possible, our cleaning team needed the full turnaround window to ensure the property was thoroughly prepared.

Jason's review

We had a very enjoyable two-week stay at this property. It matched the listing and photos accurately, so there were no surprises on arrival. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a longer stay, making it easy to settle in. The location worked well for exploring the area, and everything we needed was as described. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would happily recommend this property to anyone looking for a reliable place to stay in Carvoeiro.

no cleaners at any time we stayed 12 days, after one week someone came to offer us fresh towels, we had been washing them ourselveswhen we asked could we have fresh bed sheets we were told these are only given every two weeks, and if we wanted them after a week we would have to pay!would expect cleaner conditions than this for the pricebad smell in bathroom on arrivalgood communication with host

Thank you for your feedback but we have the information that the maid came to the property on the 5th day to change the bedding, towels and clean but you sent her away saying that you would do it yourself. Any stay of this length has cleaning included in the price.

Fabulous apartment

A wonderful stay at this lovely comfortable apartment. It is thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need, which makes staying here so stress- free. Lovely pool which was not busy and a short stroll down to the beach and town. Close by there is a Spar for grocery shopping. Very kind and helpful agents who allowed us a later checkout when our son was ill on the last day. This was the first time we have done self catering and I can highly recommend this place. The information said there would be a mid-week cleaning service which I don’t think happened, but it really wasn’t a problem. For larger sized people, the en suite shower is tiny which, again, wasn’t a problem at all but might be a bit tricky for larger people!

Very enjoyable stay, any queries were dealt with promptly, would stay again. Only advice is that if you are hiring a car do not get a very big one , parking space can be tight if spaces around you are occupied

Well equipped property

We enjoyed our stay especially because the property was so well equipped. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals for example. It was evident that the property management company takes care to provide whatever guests may need or appreciate.
