This condo only has 2 levels, so you can enjoy being on the second floor without guests above you.

Kitchen:
-Kitchen table that seats 4 and 2 barstools at the island
-Single Keurig coffee maker as well as a 10-cup coffee pot, so you have options!
-Blender, crockpot, pots, pans, and enough cooking utensils to stay in and cook at home

Bedroom 1:
-King bed with firm memory foam mattress
2 side tables, large dresser, alarm clock with plug for iPhone charger
-Ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo
-Smart TV, so you can log into your streaming services, no cable in this room

This second-story unit comes with access to 2 parking paid parking passes, a large balcony, pool access, and an outdoor shower to stop by and wash your feet and belongings off on your way back from the beach. Public beach access is across the parking lot and less than a 3-minute walk to the beach.

Each unit is allowed 2 parking spots in front of your building. The parking fee is $60.
