Perfect Weekend Getaway

This is a great property. Everything was just as described in the listing, the property was very clean, newly renovated, and directly across the street from the beach. Communication with the property manager was a breeze. I definitely recommend this condo!

IT was ok. The mattresses on the beds were very stiff and made our backs hurt. A maid unlocked my door on day of departure and I was just coming out of the bathroom. It scared me because I was the only one there. There was a girl (guest from another condo) who woke me up at 3:00 in the morning standing outside by our condo. She and her friends were yelling back and forth. I asked them to stop and they did. It was fairly quiet otherwise, I really did not like the 9:00 checkout time. It is usually at least 10:00 or 11:00 checkout time.

The place was clean, only minor inside maintenance was still needed. The small grill was not cleaner from previous renter. Also, no outside furniture on front porch which would have made for an excellent quiet space for morning or any time of day. Cooking items such as bread pans can be updated, they looked like mine after years of use. Overall we enjoyed the condo, the lamp in the master bedroom on the left night stand, had the light element broken so I had to replace on top, the lamp still worked but bothered me it didn't fit in socket. The management team of Southern Vacations was awesome I will be glad to work with them again. Thank you

A fun stay, no doubt!

When we got to the property, we were surprised at how much bigger it was than the actual pictures. It was very clean. The only thing we didn’t care too much for was the beds & pillows. None of us got any sleep just because it wasn’t comfortable. We enjoyed how close it was to the beach & how convenient it was to be 5 minutes from Pier Park. We will be booking again to go with our families, for sure!
