Access to Cabana Club/Private beach

Sunset on the Bay is located in Key Colony Beach, a Tropical Island Paradise!
Amenities in the City of Key Colony Beach include access to Cabana Club to swim or build a sand castle on the sandy private beach, full bar, several restaurants, clothing and gift shops, spa/whirlpool, marina with fishing charters, dive and snorkel trips, Key Colony rental boats and children's playground.
View spectacular Florida sunsets at Sunset Park Beach.

You will have plenty of room to dock your boat, jetskis or kayaks, etc.
Don't be surprised if you wake up to manatees in the canal, as they often visit.

All three bedrooms feature a flat screen smart TV’s with DirecTV, Netflix, Sling ect... luxury bedding, linens, and pillows. You’ll also enjoy free Wifi. Prepare your meals in our fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, cookware,toaster, coffee maker. The dining room has large windows with a gorgeous view to the canal with plenty of seating for your friends and family.

Attention Fisherman! Marathon is a major fishing destination with several charters departing from local marinas every morning and afternoon, so you don't have to bring your own boat to fish. You can choose to enjoy Cara Mia, The 73” Marathon Lady or Two Conchs charters.

Our Tropical Paradise is perfect for a quiet/romantic get-away or a fun-filled vacation with family and/or friends.

Family Vacation

The house was great for my family of 4. It was clean, very comfortable, and plenty of space to relax. The pool at the club was very nice too, even if it was a bit crowded in the afternoons. Would definitely book again when staying in Marathon.

Loved it.

We fished weather permitting. If we couldn’t fish we were sightseeing or at the pool. We relaxed. My kids enjoyed. The house is beautiful and you only need to bring yourself. I will stay there again. Also, the boat dock was great and it was easy out to both sides depending if you want Atlantic or Bay side.
Parrot fish watch out for beak it will take a finger.
Key deer would walk up to you

Paradise!

Beautiful property, even better than the pictures! Plenty of seating in living room and dining room. Enjoyed the bikes very much. Very relaxing and quiet place. Plenty of room to spread out. Property manager was very responsive to all of our questions, except for last day when we left. I wanted to know if everything was ok on how we left the property, as we are very careful to respect property and leave it clean, but never heard back. You can’t go wrong here, it really is a great place!

Key Colony Favorite Spot

This is our second stay at this property and we love it. The home is very clean and well laid out. It is spacious inside with a large living area and kitchen. It has 3 nice sized bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The outdoor area is great for entertaining and enjoying happy hour and dinner. We saw manatees in the canals and so many fish. The bonus of the property is the access to The Cabana Club with the pool and restaurant there. We went daily and enjoyed our time there for sure. The property manager was very attentive and responsive for check in and check out. We hope to be back here again next year, if not sooner. Perfect location and house!

Key Colony Beach 5th St

Great house and location. Clean and up to date. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries. Would recommend a sunshade sail in the backyard and a couple of serving dishes/platters but otherwise it was perfect! We look forward to returning!

Great time at 360

This is an excellent property. The house is up to date and is nicely decorated. The bathrooms, especially the showers, were very nice. We loved the room-darkening window treatments in the bedrooms. The location is great. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we were able to walk to Havana Jacks and the Cabana Club.

A piece of paradise

We stayed 3 weeks in this beautiful home and loved it. The property and appliances were new and very clean. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials. It is in a great location and there are 2 bikes if you want to explore the area. Our family loved the Cabana Club. Our stay was perfect. The owner was easily available for questions.

Wonderful Stay

The property management was very friendly and quick to help with any questions or needs. The property itself was beautiful and seemed to have even the little details covered. I definitely recommend this property. What a wonderful home.

Spectacular!

The house was pristine, totally provisioned and in a great location. Total package !! Added bonus is the use of their cabana club that was 1 block away. Beautiful beach, pool, dining area complete with lounge chairs.

Great location!

This is a beautiful home on a quiet street with a canal in the backyard! The house is walking distance to numerous restaurants, pickleball courts and a par 3 golf course! Access to the Cabana Club is a great amenity! We also enjoyed the view every morning from the backyard and biked around the beautiful town of Key Colony Beach on the bikes provided. The owner communicated well and was pleasant to work with. We had a wonderful time and I can’t recommend this property enough!
