CE N'EST PAS UN ANCIEN REMODEL, mais construit 100% nouveau en 2009. Cette maison de papillon privĂ©e et moderne conçue par William Krisel et la piscine individuelle casita sont idĂ©alement situĂ©es Ă  seulement deux pĂątĂ©s de maisons Ă  l'ouest du centre-ville animĂ© et nichĂ©es au cƓur du charmant quartier historique du Tennis Club. SituĂ© Ă  quelques pas du cĂ©lĂšbre restaurant Melvin (piano-bar) et du toujours branchĂ© Avalon Hotel & Spa / Citron Bar & Restaurant, l'emplacement ne pourrait pas ĂȘtre plus idĂ©al pour se rendre Ă  pied aux divertissements et aux visites Ă  proximitĂ©.

Cour arriĂšre entiĂšrement clĂŽturĂ©e et fermĂ©e pour une intimitĂ© totale tout en profitant de la piscine Ă  dĂ©bordement et du jacuzzi. La piscine a une Ă©tagĂšre de bronzage en mosaĂŻque surdimensionnĂ©e, orientĂ©e au sud et une terrasse en bois dur IPE avec une fonction de feu moderne vous gardera au chaud pendant ces nuits fraĂźches du dĂ©sert. La terrasse de la piscine a beaucoup de zones ensoleillĂ©es / ombragĂ©es selon vos goĂ»ts et des siĂšges supplĂ©mentaires pour les grandes fĂȘtes.

La casita de piscine moderne et indépendante est conçue comme un deuxiÚme maßtre avec une salle de bain complÚte, des douches intérieures et extérieures, une kitchenette avec une entrée privée séparée.

Cette maison est disponible pour des événements privés et des séances photo professionnelles. La maison est située prÚs de l'Avalon Hotel et de l'Ingleside Inn et convient parfaitement à une préparation de mariage pour la mariée / le marié / la famille et / ou une suite nuptiale. This was a fabulous home to stay in!! It was beautifully furnished, well maintained and clean!! The pool was absolutely lovely!! It was easily walkable to downtown Palm Springs. The owner was very responsive to questions we had.

Palm Springs Girls Trip

A group of friends and myself did a quick weekend trip to PS and this house was perfect. VERY close to DT, walkable to nearly anything you could want. Great set up with the pool and hot tub. One large casita with bathroom and then 3 bed and 2 baths in the main house. It was perfect for us. The house was well equipped and Michael was very easy to communicate. Thinking about booking it again for a family trip!

Girls trip

This home is a perfect place to stay. Walking distance to downtown Palm Springs with eclectic shopping and dining. Beds are super comfortable and pool and jacuzzi the perfect place to unwind and relax. We will come back again.

What an amazing experience

This beautiful midcentury modern home was the perfect place for us. There were 4 adult couples and we had a wonderful time there. All four of the bedrooms were very comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed hanging out by the pool. We also were able to walk everywhere, since the location is truly right in the heart of Palm Springs, even though the house itself is in a great neighborhood in a very quiet street. Michael was a gracious host and quickly responded to all of my questions. If it's available for the dates you want, I highly recommend staying here!

Thanksgiving 2024

Michael's house is nothing short of awesome. It is beautiful and very well equipped. It is also situated on a nice street in close proximity to the main drag in Palm Springs so was very easy to get around. Michael is a pleasure to deal with and responded quickly before and during our stay! Was a great Thanksgiving and we hope to be back at the Butterfly again!

Quick Trip

In a far too short stay, we discovered a lovely little gem. It's wonderfully located to downtown, easily within walking distance to local shopping and dining, and everything else I love about being in town. It's entirely private, with a fantastic little backyard and pool. in addition to the 3 bedrooms, it has a separate self-contained casita. The added comfort of inclusion of an available garage cannot be overstated. Everything about the stay was easy, our time was delightful, and we can't wait to come back. Thank you! xoxoxox

Wonderful Stay at the Butterfly House in Palm Springs

We had an absolutely delightful time staying at the Butterfly House in Palm Springs. The location was perfect, nestled in the charming Historic Tennis District. This prime spot allowed us to easily walk to a variety of fantastic restaurants and shops, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house itself was lovely, with beautiful decor and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. It was clear that a lot of thought and care went into maintaining the property. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful ambiance and the overall charm of the house. Overall, our experience at the Butterfly House was wonderful. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and charming place to stay in Palm Springs. We can't wait to return!

Mid-Century Modern Holiday!

We had a fabulous stay in this lovely mid-century modern home just 5 minutes from downtown Palm Springs! We loved the pool, spa and the indoor-outdoor bathroom in the casita! It was the perfect desert vacation we hoped for! We also brought our miniature dachshund who loved the shallow tanning ledge part of the pool to cool off in. The kitchen was great but the BBQ was out of propane so we weren’t able to BBQ as planned. The house and casita do need better drapery as the sun would wake us up at 6am in full force. The landscaper also woke us up with the blower just after 7am which was too early for holiday sleepers! Otherwise was a perfect stay and we’ll be back!

Perfect location

We were so fortunate to find this gem in the historic Tennis Club neighborhood. It's difficult to give it the praise it deserves because we don't want this to become so popular that it becomes unavailable for repeat visits. The casita offers a separate quiet spot from the main 3 BR hub. The pool and spa were easy to operate and the kitchen has most all supplies/cookware/small appliances/utensils needed for meal prep. Kitchen appliances are a bit older and the freezer did not keep our items fully frozen. However, with SO MANY wonderful restaurants within walking distance, it's easy to forgo meal prep and dine out for every meal. The host, Michael, was very responsive from the moment we booked until the moment we departed. The main living space has one medium sized sectional sofa and a few other seats so a larger group is challenged to all relax together in the same room. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all good sized. If you value sleeping in, we suggest you invest in a sleep mask as the beautifully restored MCM design has large upper windows which are not serviced with coverings. In all, we enjoyed our time at the Butterfly House.
