This beautiful home offers almost 2,600 square feet of luxury living space, including two fully equipped kitchens, a spacious living and dining area, 4 bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms. Guests may also access the private garage for securely storing beach gear. This home is perfect for 2 families traveling together.

Entering the home through the ground level garage, you will find a mother-in-law suite with a full kitchen featuring granite countertops. The bedroom offers a Queen bed, a television, and a full bathroom. Step onto your covered back porch with fenced yard and let the kids play while you grill dinner! The laundry room is also located on this level.

Upstairs on the second floor, you will find the larger fully equipped kitchen, also featuring granite countertops. This kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for family and friends. There is a large dining table, perfect for enjoying a meal or playing a game, as well as additional breakfast bar seating. The living area offers ample, comfortable seating (recliner!), large Smart TV, and plantation shutters. Just off the living room is a private balcony where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or a cocktail and enjoy the views and sounds of The World's Most Beautiful Beaches. There is a second bedroom with both a Queen and a twin-size bed, and another full bathroom located on this level as well.

Traveling to the third floor, you will find the spacious master bedroom. This bedroom features a King size bed, dedicated workspace, another private balcony, and ensuite bathroom featuring double sinks, a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, and separate water closet. Across the hall is the fourth bedroom with a Queen size bed and the fourth full bathroom.

For your convenience, this property does have a pack-and-play, as well as a baby gate to keep small children safe from stairs.
