Experience the charm of downtown Ironwood at Village on Aurora! This condominium is perfectly situated steps from Ironwood's City Square and the historic Ironwood Theater. Enjoy easy access to Lake Superior, waterfalls, and beaches, all just a short drive away. With trails for hiking, biking, and snowmobiling right outside your door, and electric car chargers nearby, it's an ideal base for outdoor adventures. The Blue Room offers cozy Upper Peninsula decor and custom furniture, with two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and free parking. Perfect for families, with options for children and infants, and all the comforts of home, including a washer and dryer.

Please note that our Village on Aurora properties are located in the heart of the entertainment district. Guests may experience music, events, or other outdoor activities nearby during their stay. These sounds and gatherings are part of the vibrant atmosphere of the area.



Other Things to Note:

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $40 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Perfect Location

Great place to stay with a family!

This was a perfect place to stay with our children for a ski trip. The apartment was very clean, well maintained, and had a nice amount of space to spread out. Parking was very easy right behind the building, and it's in a walkable area of the downtown. We will definitely come back next winter!

Great location for getting to the ski hill, Lake Superior + many other attractions and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked and the layout made the apartment feel very spacious. We would stay here again!

Great Accommodations

You can’t go wrong with this VRBO! The accommodations were excellent. The two bedroom condo was clean and had all the accessories you can ever want to be comfortable. The location was perfect for skiing at SnowRiver. Thank you hosts for a wonderful stay!

Amazing!!

5 stars is not enough to describe this place! Such a nice place to stay. Very clean, well stocked kitchen with treats, comfortable beds and beautiful decor. We felt right at home! Also in a nice location within walking distance to some restaurants and bars. Can’t wait to stay here again soon.

Great place in downtown Ironwood

Stayed here for the weekend. 2 adults and a large dog. Full apartment with multiple bedrooms, dining room, living room, and kitchen. Self check-in is easy. Ironwood had festivals going on the entire weekend we were there which was fun to see. The nearby trails offered great wildlife viewing opportunity: foxes, deer, cedar waxwings.

Weekend get-away

Me and a friend came to the Ironwood area to see the fall colors. Our rental was the perfect location. Close to downtown and in the middle of the area for the areas we wanted to go. The condo was extremely clean and the beds were very comfortable. We cooked most of our meals and there was enough cookware for us to do that. All and all, everything was exceptional. Thank you for letting us stay at your condo.

Everything about our trip was great!

The property manager, Joey was so nice and easy to communicate with during our stay. The apartment was VERY clean, tastefully decorated, very quiet and comfortable. Everything was as described in the listing. It’s a wonderful location if you want to be right in the heart of the town. We enjoyed making our own breakfast in the well supplied kitchen, dined out at the Iron Nugget, skied at Whitecap, checked out the local Cold Iron Brewery and picked up some famous pasties before heading home. We will be sure to stay again!

Great location for skiing

We had a great time staying in Ironwood and skiing at Big Powderhorn and Whitecap. The rental was clean and very well supplied with kitchen cookware & utensils and a great assortment of Keurig k-cups for coffee. There were four of us staying and we all had plenty of space. The unit was nicely decorated with a cool UP / Ironwood theme. Joey was very helpful and easy to work with. We're looking forward to coming back sometime soon.

Great Space and location

We were there with the biggest blizzard that this location has seen in at least 25 years. We were grateful for all of the service, Joey was helpful with making sure we were warm enough and that we were plowed out. Lol, no joke it was so much snow. The boys still attempted skiing while i walked around town enjoying a little shopping and the wine bar. We felt right at home there and would definitely stay there again!

Awesome apartment in downtown Ironwood

We stayed in the Blue room for three nights. Property was super clean and convenient. Kitchen was well equipped and all furniture is great shape with zero damage. The unit is a part of four apartment building. It is on second floor. It was quiet. Building is located on Main Street of Ironwood and is close to coffee shops, brewery tap room and multiple restaurants. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!!
