Introducing 301I Tidewater to the Sweetgrass Rental Program! This breathtaking third floor villa has stunning ocean views from nearly every room in the house. The photos speak for themselves!

Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms! The master suite hosts a king bed, TV, and ocean views. It also has access to the oceanfront screened porch, and of course an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, as well as a TV. If you go up the spiral staircase, this will lead out to the Crow's Nest, which offers a bird's eye (and panoramic) views of the beach, ocean, and community pool. The perfect space to enjoy a meal with the best views in town.

Tidewater is a complex within the Wild Dunes Community on the Isle of Palms. Highly sought-after and often specifically requested by guests due to it's unique position and proximity to the beach. It offers a truly special experience with maximum opportunities to admire our pristine Carolina beaches. You'll want to come back year after year!

The condo was really perfect for us. We arrived Christmas night at 10pm, punched in the key code and bang we were done. It was clean and warm and we opened the sliders to the porch and heard the waves. Woke up in the morning to 70 degree weather, played 18 holes at the links course which is 5 minutes away. It could not have been any better. The condo has amazing views. The beds are very clean and comfortable. It’s not a brand new condo, but everything works and the place is tidy and quality. Kitchen has coffee and every kind of pan and knife you could want. I have one suggestion, it’s not even a complaint. I wish there was a stash of olive oil, salt pepper, maybe a few spices. We did cook breakfast and lunches and buying that stuff always seems like a hurdle. Anyway, if salt and pepper are my biggest problem, then I have no problems! Thanks to the owner. Beautiful spot!

Perfect location right on the beach. The screened in porch was nice to hear and feel the ocean breeze without bugs. The condo had everything that we needed, including beach chairs and toys. The furniture was comfortable and seemed clean. Although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well supplied. My only negative was the bathrooms were very dated and their was black mold in the caulking of the sink. It was a little confusing checking in because our condo was Tidewater 301I. I thought it was 3011 but the last digit was an "I" so it took us a while to realized that it was an "I" and that the condos are marked with letters. I would suggest putting a space in between the numbers and letter to differentiate. Tidewater 301 I. We didn't use the pool but it was right outside our window, so very convenient. I would stay here again.

Amazing views; nice property

The views from the property were fantastic with really easy access to the beach. We wish it would have been warmer so we could have enjoyed the outdoor areas more! Convenient parking, comfy couch, and easy access to Isle of Palms, Mt. Pleasant and Charleston. We would definitely stay here again!

Our favorite thing we liked was the ocean view. It was great from the deck and the master bedroom. And the crows nest was the cherry on top. We enjoyed looking at the stars or listening to the ocean waves at night from there. The beach and pool were just what we were looking for in a beach vacation. Property was clean and fairly well maintained. Thanks for letting us use it for a week.

What a lovely little condo! The kitchen was perfectly stocked. There was plenty of space. The bathrooms were sorta outdated, but nothing that didn't go with the old Charleston feel. Loved the proximity to resort amenities and IOP activities. Only negative was that the elevator didn't work twice and had to be repaired, but other than that wonderful vacation spot! Would definitely be back!

Great property overall - amazing views from all rooms. Very quiet area and well maintained grounds. Unit was fully equipped with all necessities. Pool and beach access was super convenient. For the price point though I was disappointed in the size and condition of the unit. It was advertised as a remodeled “luxury condo”, however the wood floor had spots that were in rough shape, the bathrooms were very outdated, and some of the doors would jam and were hard to open. The pictures in the advertisement made the rooms and overall unit look much larger than it was. I’ve never had to pay extra for mid week housekeeping service, so that was new. All that being said we had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation week but in my opinion, the unit needs work to be priced and listed as a “luxury condo”.

Great location!

Being right on the beach and next to the pool was so nice. We could enjoy the view from our screened in porch or rooftop deck. We enjoyed being only steps away from the beach and pool. It was also easy to drive to local attractions.

Long adults only weekend

We had a lovely time and accommodations were sufficient and mostly as described. Location was excellent, enjoyed the rooftop area. Downsides— for the price point we thought it was somewhat dingy and dated. The AC also seemed to struggle to keep it at 70 ( we were there in April so really wasn’t hot but would be concerned if mid summer) The bathrooms hadn’t been updated and shower doors and floor dingy looking— not a deal breaker but for the price for 4 of us we expected more high end/newer.
