Relaxing beach home only 300 feet from beach. Screened in outside porch facing ocean. Newly remodeled, 5 beds, 1 pullout couch. Equipped with all accommodations. Downstairs area with BBQ Pit, large table for 10, outside shower, and descent size yard. Also view of Swan Lake on Bay side with Crab Pier for crabbing.
Bring Beach towels, chairs, sunscreen and be ready for a good time.

I love this house. 3rd time staying here. Screened porch is a huge hit. Kitchen is stocked very well. Clean bathrooms. Location is great.

We absolutely loved it here! You can walk to the beach and crabbing pier. Beach house is perfect with porch on 3 sides! Great view of beach. Close to the restaurants. Best beach VRBO thus far. Would definitely go again!

What a great place for a New Year's getaway! The house was clean had everything we could possibly need to be comfortable and the beach was within steps of the house. If your a birder, be sure to cross the highway and check out the bay side, and a drive down Crab Road in Surfside at low tide is sure to yield some rails. We LOVED our stay and hope to come back.

This statement is simply not true- I have pictures sent from my cleaning lady of all The rooms before and after each clean. This guest had 4 dogs and left Dog doo in 2 rooms and when confronted got very defensive and tried turning the table by saying the place wasn’t clean.

We really loved sitting on the porch watching the waves and cars getting stuck in the sand. Loved having the screened in section so the kids could avoid the mosquitoes. Beautiful home!

The porch is one of my favorite spots to hang. Next time you’re there if you have an issue with mosquitos. Call me and I’ll get The mosquito Authority bug guys out there to re-spray

Find somewhere better for my price and I’ll stay there. I’m sorry you’re at the Beach… nothing is going to be or is expected to be perfect! But honestly my place on the Island is the Best Buy for the Buck

The property was very accommodating we love the entryway mud room as we traveled with two pets property was very comfortable we would love to stay somewhere with a king bed but we were quite comfortable the only issue we had was with the smell of the sulfur in the water but apparently that is on all Surfside close and beachfront properties
