Welcome to the Richmond Cottage! This newly renovated 3 bed, 1 bath home has brand new furnishings & is fully stocked with everything you need for a stay in RVA.

The cottage is 1000 sq ft with fenced backyard, firepit, grill, fully stocked kitchen, private dining area & off-street parking.

5-10 minute drive to most places in downtown Richmond including VA Capital Bike Trail, Bell Isle, Carytown, Richmond Raceway, Scott's Addition & more!

3 bedroom (2 queen beds each in their own room and third bedroom with twin bed) & 1 full bath.

Bath is jack and jill between the two primary queen bedrooms.

The entirety of the property is accessible to guests with the exception of a hospitality closet.

We are pet lovers and are dog friendly only (up to two dogs and no cats or other pets allowed). However, we request only house-trained dogs only who are well-behaved and up to date on vaccinations stay with us. We do charge a $50 fee for up to two dogs. Please let us know at the time of booking if you plan to bring your friendly pup!

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.

This location is a short drive or bike ride to many downtown locations. Most of the city is easily accessible within a 10 or so minute drive!

Free street parking is available in front of the home. Guests can get around via car, Uber & Lyft.

- This is a quiet neighborhood, please be respectful to neighbors and control noise overnight between 10 pm and 9 am.

- Please lock your car doors! While this is a safe area, it's best to be safe and always lock both the house and your cars. Please also avoid leaving valuable and expensive objects in your car overnight.

- Trash pick-up is in the alley. Please place any trash and recycling in the trash cans behind the house and it will be picked up weekly.

- NO parties allowed and please respect the property like it is your own. If you need anything at all, just ask us.

- We also have laundry on site. Please leave the washer door slightly open if you use it to let it dry out. We do not provide laundry supplies.
