The property offers three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night`s sleep. The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, while the second and third bedrooms offer comfortable queen-size beds. All three rooms are tastefully decorated and provide flat-screen Roku TVs, ceiling fans and ample storage space for your belongings.

The ensuite master bathroom showcases contemporary fixtures and a rejuvenating shower, allowing you to start your day on the right foot or unwind after exploring the city. It’s equipped with a double sink vanity, walk-in closet and water closet. The secondary full-size bathroom boasts a double sink vanity and a shower combined with a tub. Fresh towels, linens, and toiletries are provided for your convenience.

The entire home is accessible to guests with the exception of two locked hospitality closets which contains our cleaning and restocking supplies. One is located on the lower floor and one is located on the upper floor.

EARLY CHECK-IN: Due to our high number of turnovers, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out requests.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please read and understand the cancellation policy prior to booking. This policy is firm, and we will be upheld in the event of a cancellation. We recommend purchasing travel insurance if you have concerns that you may need to cancel your reservation for any reason.

PET POLICY: We allow up to two dogs per stay for a $50 pet fee. We do not allow any other species of pet.

UNFORESEEN ACTS OF NATURE: We are unable to issue refunds for events outside of our control exacted by natural forces, such as power or utility outages.

There is a construction project next door that may cause some potential for noise during day time hours.

We are dog friendly and allow up to two dogs per stay. No other species of pets are allowed.

Unauthorized pets on the property will result in a $100 fee.

No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.

Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
