This spacious 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit will accommodate a family of 6 with 1 King in the master bedroom, 1 Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 1 Sofa Sleeper in the living room. Bedroom mattresses replaced March of 2024!!

This 3rd floor 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront unit offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, Keurig and 12 cup coffee maker, flat screen TV's in both bedrooms and living room, free Wi-Fi, a full size washer & dryer in unit and tile & luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout.

Small piece of paradise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! It was just as pictured and having all of the amenities available, made us feel at home. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the building was well maintained and quiet for families.

Nice Place.

My wife and I were here in North Myrtle Beach celebrating our anniversary. This was a great location on the beach where we could see and hear the waves from within our condo and sitting on our large balcony. Condo was spotless and management quickly responded to any issues we had. We highly recommend this property.

Condo was as advertised. Told the property manager of a few small issues. Biggest problem were people that arrived on Friday and partied till 3am .

Nice Rental

This rental was in a convenient location and had a nice balcony with a beach view. Check in/out process was easy and parking was great. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the king mattress. Overall, a great stay!

Wonderful Stay

The unit is nicely decorated and in a great location. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rocking chairs on the balcony. Very easy access to the beach with ample faucets to rinse the sand of. Everything was seamless from reservation to check out. We’ll definitely come back here again .

Nice room Loud rattles.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was nice and clean and comfortable. But every half hour a load grinding nose was heard, this was distracting while trying to sleep. Also no sponge was provide in the kitchen, all other places we stayed had a sponge and we brought our own this year we decide not to and did not find one.

Very clean, except there was mold in the washing machine, which was taken care of by the rental agent. We then followed up with a cleaner specifically made for cloths washers. We enjoyed our visit 😀

Vacation Stay

The condo was really nice. I loved the location. The condo has everything you need. I loved the extra bar and sink. I used that area as my coffee bar. My only complaint is the 2nd bedroom bed was hard as a rock. I would stay there again.

Great week

Unit is in a great location and nicely furnished, especially the family room with comfortable furniture. Master toilet was leaking on arrival but maintenance arrived quickly and repaired it.

Good stay

The condo was just as advertised. Not like a few commentors suggested. Clean, well furnished, all appliances and everything else worked well. Patio overlooking the beach had several chairs and a couple table to sit and enjoy. Convenient to activities in Myrtle Beach. Overall enjoyed it very much.

AC malfunction clothes drier did work for the first day then quit and yes we cleaned the trap controls appeared frozen cycling the power switch did not help. everything else was great we enjoyed our trip and are making plans for July

Very nice condo and facilities

Very nice unit in a great building. Easy access to the clean, well kept beach with lifeguards on duty. Nice, quiet area and the people were very friendly and nice. Many activities within a short drive. I was skeptical of Xplorie, thinking there would be strings attached, but there were no strings. I called them and received a free ticket to Dolly Parton’s Pirate Voyage dinner show. Three of us went to the show for the price of two. I recommend staying here.

Walking distance to Longhorn Steakhouse, Hamburger Joes and Nacho Hippo and just across HWY 17 from Barefoot Landing! Quiet end of the beach with easy access. Room is nicely decorated and ultra clean. Stayed last week of September and never had an issue getting an elevator. I. highly recommend this unit as well as renting from North Beach Realty.

Nice, but less than desired!

Overall, I would say the condo was a very nice place to stay. I think the view from the balcony in those condos that are inset, is very deceiving. You can never watch the sunrise and you only have about three hours of the sun on you when on the balcony in room 307. That is a big negative to me.
