The Space:

A beautifully updated three-story townhome across from Holiday Valley, built for space, comfort, and a layout that works year round. With four private bedrooms and three full bathrooms, there is room to gather and room to slip away when you need it.

Main floor: The front door opens into the kitchen and dining area, a bright space for cooking and gathering. The kitchen is stocked with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, crockpot, blender, electric griddle, and full cookware. The dining table seats seven, with another table for four downstairs. Two steps down lead to the living room overlooking the main lodge at Holiday Valley, with a 65" Roku TV, a couch, loveseat, and two chairs. A door opens to the patio and deck, set up with a table, chairs, and an electric grill. It is one of the best spots anywhere to watch the Holiday Valley fireworks on New Year's Eve and the Fourth of July. A Queen bedroom and full bathroom sit just off the living room, ideal for anyone who wants to limit stairs.

Upper level: The primary bedroom has a King bed, premium luxe mattress, blackout curtains, and a Roku TV. Down the hall is the bunk room, custom built to fit adults comfortably. Each side is a Queen-over-Queen bunk, the lower bunk sits low to the floor with generous headroom above, and every bunk has privacy curtains, a reading light, and its own Roku TV. A skylight brightens the room and a reading nook adds a quiet retreat. A full bathroom serves both upper bedrooms.

Lower level: The basement holds a second living room with a large Roku TV, sofa, round table, a wall-mounted arcade machine with over 6,200 games, board games, and the Nex Playground, a motion-based gaming system that is fun for kids and adults. A kitchenette with sink, microwave, and beverage fridge is handy for snacks and movie nights. Two sliding glass doors, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, open to ground-level green space. The bedroom on this level has a King bed with a luxury mattress. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower, private toilet room, and stacked washer and dryer, and the living room closet holds boot dryers for winter gear.

With two living rooms, generous dining space, and a full bathroom on every level, the home is comfortable in every season, whether you are skiing, hiking, golfing, swimming, or out for festivals and fireworks.

🚗 Year-round: The village is just 1.5 miles away. You can drive, walk, or bike, and rideshares are usually available on weekends.

🚌 Winter: A free shuttle takes you straight to the main lodge.

🌞 Summer: You can walk to the pools, golf course, and other resort amenities.

Holiday Valley runs activities across every season. Please note that all resort activities are operated by Holiday Valley, are not included with your stay, and must be purchased separately, with seasonal hours and availability set by the resort.
