Perfect spot to relax with family and friends at this peaceful rustic cottage. Cozy Cottage of Caseville -aka 3Cs is across the street from Beach on the bay- free access with plenty of beach toys to tote in our wagon. This cottage offers a private rustic vibe with a knotty pine-nautical decor. Additionally, the backyard has a grill, table, chairs, and a firepit to enjoy the private wooded scenery. Please note-Since The backyard is very rustic and woodsy. So due to the woodsy and rustic area, we don't guarantee to maintain the grill or the outside furniture regularly.
Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining area, and porch. Indoor and outdoor games. Smart TVs. Sleeps up to 10. Dog friendly.

Offers something for all seasons and activities. Summer, Spring, Winter, and Fall.... come all!
The small town of Caseville may be best known for its 10-day Cheeseburger in Caseville festival in August. Visit in February when Caseville celebrates Shanty Days. Wintry festivities include broom ball hockey, snow races, ice fishing contests, a Polar Bear Dip, and a chili cook-off to warm you up afterward.
Fishermen and hunters are welcome- however, their prizes are not-must stay out lol!

It was my wife, my daughter and her family. My grandchildren really enjoyed the cabin. The cabin was super clean and cozy. Tiffany the host was easy to contact and answered all my questions. We would definitely stay here again!

The overall stay was great! The house was clean, comfortable, and as expected. Tiffany was very nice and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. She was quick to respond through the Vrbo chat whenever we had a question. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely consider staying here again.

The actual lake access is a bit of a hike from the property but still nice private beach. Backyard is very small. Otherwise this home has all the essentials for an affordable stay and was clean. Had trouble checking in with the code on arrival and the host responded immediately and solved the issue. Overall nice stay for the price.

Bring your own cookware and utensils!! Very little to work with. I planned on cooking during the trip; trying to avoid eating out too much as it’s so expensive these days. Very disappointed at the lack of cookware and utensils. That’s the point of renting a cabin instead of a hotel room!! Oven very dirty. Outside of the house definitely needs some attention, too.

Sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We strive to try to make everyone satisfied. We keep basic pots pans, and utensils for cooking -there’s two drawers full- we have spoons, knives, can opener, wine openers, ice cream scoopers, and many other utensils.Maybe you didn’t notice the second drawer. We try to provide more than the basics such as a slow cooker, blender, waffle iron, grill, and air fryer in that property so that meals preparation is easy.

Everything just as advertised, clean and quiet property in a nice safe neighborhood, stayed there with a 21 foot bass boat, easy to get it in the driveway and keep it plugged in overnight. Will definitely stay again the next time I'm up that way.

My husband and I started this vacation rental business because we love to travel and spend time with friends and families. We have 2 properties in Florida- a condo on Hutchinson Island South and a single-family home in Vero Beach. We have several properties in the Thumb area-mid-Michigan. All locations are perfect vacation spots for us and we want to share them.
We wanted something that appealed to all ages. We also wanted a variety of activities, lots of great dining places, and beautiful sandy beaches. These wonderful locations checked all the boxes for us.
