- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.

Shops and restaurant was nice and close walking distance the beach was beautiful but a hike, maybe drive u less u want a nice long walk. House was big and supplied everything u need thanks

Was not the cleanest especially for the price we paid for the two nights. There was a lot of spider webs and dust present. King bed was comfortable.
