You are free to message us at any point before, during or after your stay! We average a response time of less than 5 minutes so you`ll never have an issue getting ahold of us! You will also receive our phone number to text and call upon booking the property however we can not share that information before booking.

- We have two cameras on the property, one by the front door and one looking over the driveway. The locations of these cameras will not impact your stay as they are not focused on an area that guests will spend time. They are for safety and to ensure you are able to get into the property with no issues.
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors` way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- No smoking on premises
- Quiet hours are from 11 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
