This beautiful renovated Condo awaits you! All New appliances throughout! This Condo is on the 3rd floor but don't worry take the elevator or stairs, Once you enter this property you will feel the homey warm feeling of home sweet home. Living space has a Queen Futon bed, there is also a Twin sofa bed for that extra guest! King size comfortable bed in the bedroom with a work desk and chair, the bedroom also has a private patio for you to enjoy your morning coffee or late evening hot tea. The shower has been renovated with black tile and a bench inside. Take the 303 west or 101 East just minutes away! Heading to a spring training game or a Football game? search no further Spring training is only 3 minutes away!! State Farm stadium is 15 minutes away! did someone say Golf? couple golf courses within 5 minutes. Come stay a while, as a guest we know you will have a good nights rest, tomorrow, again you may roam, but while you are here just feel at home! Book Today!!

The host was VERY responsive to all of my messages. I was in town for my son’s wedding and this proved to be the perfect place. I was alone for the first couple of days until my sister joined me and I felt safe. The area was very quiet as well. The home was very clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable as well.

This property was clean and in a good location near restaurants & shopping for us. The property manager responded quickly to questions. I gave a gave 3 out of 5 stars because the bath towels were old & thin, some of the kitchen and bathroom lights were burned out, the batteries in the TV remote were dead and the pots and pans were very scratched making them not safe to use.

Perfect spot for Spring Training

This is our second year in a row to stay here. We love how quiet it is! The access to all things Rangers training camp and our favorite hikes, makes it the ideal home base for spring break!

Super easy check in/check out process. Friendly neighbors. Rental was very clean, comfortable and convenient. I went in the pool and hot tub one evening, and they were great. Definitely would recommend this rental.

The location was convenient, close to stores. It was a nice place. The only things that I would say are concerns are that the couches were very hard, and toilet wobbles. Otherwise, I would stay again.

Perfect for my stay in Surprise AZ

This was a great place for my stay in Surprise. I was there for a tennis event. The condo was a 10 minute ride to the tennis center and is very convenient to many restaurants and stores. Kitchen is small but well equipped.

Surprise AZ Spring Training 2025

We enjoyed staying at this condo. Cozy, comfortable. A lot of the pleasures of home. I would highly recommend. Hubby and I will use again in the future. Not far from the baseball fields. A lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.

I was a little disappointed in the location, but it really wasn't that far from restaurants and shopping. It is a large complex and figuring things out at night can be challenging. Clean . The property manager was very patient with me!

Surprise convenience

In town for a wedding. Veronica’s place was convenient in terms of nearness to venue. We did have a little trouble finding the exact place. But, part of that was my fault for not reading Veronica’s description carefully enough. Comfy bed. Great shower. What else could a person need?!
