Lovely property conveniently located to almost anything you might need. Very straightforward stay comfortable and great communication. The pool is mostly shaded all day but for Phoenix that may be a plus for many. My only issue was walking into synthetic fragrance plugins. (I’m very sensitive to them) Removed from each room and we went out and mostly gone by bedtime and gone the next day. All conveniences in the kitchen. Plenty of pool towels. 4 bath towels for the two of us, but did a wash and all was well. Loves being able to put rental in garage. We had a Tacoma and it was tight. Good stay!

When I arrived to the home trash can in garage was full and the garage had a bad smell. The beds had hair, food crumbs in it so I washed all the bedding. Kitchen cabinets had food crumbs in it

Thank you for your feedback. I take cleanliness very seriously, and my consistent history of positive guest reviews reflects the high standards I strive to maintain. When you notified me of your concerns, I immediately offered to send my cleaning team back to the property, but that offer was declined. I also asked that you provide photos of the concerns, but none were provided. As a result, I was not given the opportunity to verify or resolve the issues during your stay. Additionally, although an undisclosed dog was brought to the property in violation of my house rules, I allowed the reservation to continue after the required pet fee was paid rather than ending the reservation. Unfortunately, the property was left with excessive trash and damage requiring additional cleaning and repairs after checkout. I remain committed to providing an exceptional experience for my guests.

We traveled to Arizona for baseball from Texas. The location was perfect! So close to stores and restaurants, easy travel between the fields. Home was cozy, beds were comfortable and pool was amazing and our saving grace for the warm weather.Highly recommend this home, you won’t be disappointed!
