The owners have furnished and decorated the condo with only top-of-the-line luxury finishings that are designed for comfort. It is fully A/C throughout. has high-speed Wifi and cable TV. Its white color, multiple windows, and sliding doors add a lot of light and allow you to enjoy the fresh ocean breeze for an indoor atmosphere so cozy and inviting that you won't want to leave this vacation home.



On the first level, this vacation rental features an open concept and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the utensils you need. It features multiple seating areas for eating, quiet conversations, movies, or games, and a full bath for your convenience, there is a sofa bed for one person.



The second level has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has incredible ocean views, a king-sized bed, an oversized covered balcony, and an office area with a desk and two chairs. The guest bedroom has a king bed converted with two twins (can be separate upon request) and one single bed for kids in the loft area just some stairs up, it is also very spacious and features a full bathroom, for up to 6 people comfortably sleeping. Need a travel crib? No problem! Just reach out our concierge team to arrange one. Keep in mind they are subjected to availability and have an additional charge.



Like sunbathing? We got you covered! You'll find plenty of outdoor lounge chairs and umbrellas around the pool and in front of the beach. There is also a common BBQ area for outdoor gatherings.



Families with children will love the two pools with a creek connecting them all on the beach, as well as the garden area, especially for the youngsters to get out all the extra energy. The Palms have 24-hour security, gated privacy, and access to a fitness center. There is a washer/dryer for your use. Palms also offers the free use of sea kayaks, boogie boards, surfboards, and snorkeling gear to our guests.



As a guest of this property, we also include complimentary amenities such as coffee, coffee filters, salt, pepper, cooking oil, shampoo, and soaps. The condo is stocked with other bonus items for your personal use such as beach towels, folding beach chairs, a cooler, and more.
